“This place was not it for starters we had a big problem with the check in and couldn’t get in until hours later when I had to contact Orbitz itself when I try to contact the host he barely answered and when I called him he basically said figure it out and hung up the phone I ask if he can send the check in info through WhatsApp and said no so we waited 4 hours until we was able to check in ,, this apartment is in the 4th floor and there is no elevator so imagine taking your heavy bag four...

“Checking-In was good. Apartment was cleaned upon arriving, however we had to wait past the 4pm check-in. The apartment needs to be renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms. The AC went off at 2am and it got insanely hot. Our family of 7 all woke up. Only bedroom AC's (3) were on. Our last day in the afternoon the AC went of while we were cooking lunch. “Check-in process was simple but we had issues getting there because we never received check in details prior and we had a very hard time reaching the host. The place was not clean at all. We were without running water for 2-3 days. This place has so much potential but it’s just not well take care of.”

“The address provided on this app was not accurate. I then contacted the property manager who gave me 2 other addresses that were not accurate either. The third one was close by so we had to look around to find the apartment. The whole ordeal took an extra 40 minutes from the original location. Also the room we stayed in to the right, the mattress was extremely hard. The apartment it’s self was very clean and the pool was nice. ”
