Guests must comply with all Torre Arroyo Hondo 40 condominium policies.
Passport photos will be requested prior to arrival.
No visitors allowed unless declared in the reservation.
Parties or events are strictly forbidden.
Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Guests agree to all Airbnb terms and must have a valid phone number.
Lost key/remote fee: US$50.
Occupancy limit: 4; exceeding this will result in eviction.
$10 fee per guest per night after 2 guests.
Damaged/stained towels or linens: $30 each.
Proper attire required in common areas; no bathing suits or shirtless attire allowed.
Social areas are open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm; no loud music permitted.
Undeclared guest fee: US$20 per guest per night.
