“Excellent hotel, fantastic service and attencion to detail. Only slight downside was I thought that some of the restaurent dishes were overpriced in terms of taste and some of the buffet food wasnt that tasty. I must mention that we were very pleased with the small things like our wedding anniversary gift, wifi speed and accomodating nature of the staff.”

“Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport. ”

“Excellent hotel. It has all the amenities and great location. You have restaurants inside with variety and even some music shows at night, there is also a beach club. On the beach a few steps away (outside the hotel) you can find kayaks, banana boats, all very fun, we kayaked for $1000 rupees for an hour at an incredible sunset. “Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. “Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism...

“Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

“Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10”
