“Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. “The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments.”
