“Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!”

“Everything was wonderful. Safe and convenient to get to GreenHills mall. Also a grocery store is attached to the mall. Very nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Great hotel.”

“The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. We just hope that the hotel can find a way to improve the smell of the place, not bad but also not that welcoming for a hotel especially within the elevator area which smelled lime a bathroom deodorant. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests.”

“We had a great experience. The pillows are so fluffy, too high for comfortable sleeping. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“Very accessible to a lot of shops”

“That's okay”

“The room did not have a fridge, there was no kettle or beverage glass to accompany the provided bottled water which was supplied in the room. The dental kit was supplied, but the soap amenities was very minimal. The towels: no floor mat/towel was provided, nor hand towel or face towel either - only a bath towel was provided. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the room was spacious and came with a work desk. The aircon was nice and cold and worked well. Staff provided excellent...

“There was no washcloth in my room. There were towels though. The breakfast is good, make sure to include it in your hotel stay as it is an optional package.”

“The unique concept and decor is the reason I came and extended my stay. Friendliness of staff was great. When to restaurant daily and live music in the bar 4 nights a week was not too loud to disturb.”

“Ubicacion lejos de los atractivos turisticos. Servicios correctos y buena calidad del hotel en general, incluido el desayuno.”

“No hot water, tv system half functional, no breakfast available as promised on booking site. Far from any amenities. I don't recommend this place.”
