The location is amazing. Right on the beach, with easy access. The apartment and surrounding area is clean, quiet and well maintained. This was our second time renting this unit and we really enjoyed it.

Nice place. Well appointed and as advertised. No check in information was automatic. We had to call, then drive to another location to pick up a packet to get in. That was kind of weird but it all worked out.

Beach condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, on the beach. There was a problem with keypad entry upon checking in, maintenance came right over. It’s a small condo but was good for a just a few days, W/D in very small closet in condo would have been challenging to use long term.

The view it's a 100/10 that's basically what you paid but the place it's old, dirty, and needs maintenance. The AC doesn't work properly, the thermostat showed 72 degrees but was hotter so it means that the machine froze. The TV remote does not have batteries. The shower curtain it's beyond dirty, it's disgusting. The bedroom doesn't have curtains so the sun will wake you up as soon as it rises. Now the view it's beautiful, the location it's perfect. They provide you with beach essentials like chairs and umbrellas but old and broken. The parking its just for 1 car even if your room is for 6 people which I believe it's unfair or it should be said so you can plan ahead specially if you are going to check in on Sunday and the office its closed

the beach view was gorgeous from the dining area - not the deck. the beach itself was beautiful and very quiet. The main TV we could not get cable on - only repeated LG channels. Had to watch tv in the bedroom, very uncomfortable. Very little room in the bedroom - King bed was a bit big for the area and the switch for the overhead fan didn't work. The pool was dirty with sand and bugs.

The location was perfect for us. More lounge chairs on the beach needed. Unit couch and chairs are in urgent need of replacement. Management was excellent.

Beautiful location and view

The condo has a fantastic view of the beach with the large windows in the living room. Furniture is all in great condition and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the good communication. Thanks!

Great location. Very basic room. Has all of the utensils needed in the kitchen. Be certain to bring everything you need to prepare food.

Best Location!! Wiindow/wall looks lright down to beach. Wish had full front balcony.

Great Beach

Great location. Awesome beach. Easy check-in/out. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the side lanai that gave us some privacy and shade in the mornings and evenings. The only negatives of note were the thin, lumpy pillows and a noisy AC unit below the lanai. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

The view is beautiful and the beach was quiet. All the furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. Condo appeared clean when we arrived, but there was old food on the pots and pans. Also, the nonstick teflon flaked off the pans onto all of the food we cooked. Pans need to be replaced asap. You’re paying for the view, direct access to the beach which was great.

Right on the beach which was great. Balcony was so small that 2 people cannot sit side by side. Needs new bedding as there were big rips in the bedroom comforter & needs some beach towels. Instructions to get keys were very confusing. Thought we could check in at the condo office, as we have done before. Didn’t know we were meant to check in with RVA. Won’t be back.
