This is our 3rd year staying at this property. We love the location and convince of a quiet neighborhood off university road. We also appreciate the updated amenities and the bed topper is a huge plus for us!

It is a lovely little room—quiet neighborhood and centrally located. During the summer, the A/C is not going to cool off the room and will run all day and night. The temp will not be sweltering, but it will not get cold in the room. The kitchenette has no hot plate but does have a microwave—pleasant stay for what I needed.

Host was very responsive and polite. A/C wasn't cooling enough and she immediately arranged for a floor unit to be set up. Comfortable arrangements and private. Strange cooking/food smell at 4am and again the following day. This was my 2nd stay. Didn't encounter either issue the 1st time.

Very nice and safe neighborhood. The room is extremely clean. Bed is comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Only thing that I found as an issue and that may be just my issue is sugar was provided for coffee, but some of us cannot use sugar because we have diabetic issues and we need Stevia or a similar product. So after making the coffee, I realized my husband could drink it, but I could not because I didn’t have a sweetner I could use. Sugar is not an option for me. Other than this, everything was wonderful.

Perfect for My Visit

I was in town to see family. This was the perfect place to lay my head each night. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. There was a cute little patio as well. If I come back to town, I will definitely be staying here again.

We were at at wedding at Lakewood Ranch country club and did not want to drive an hour home late at night . Our stay was short and sweet but very comfortable ! Good location ! We will be back !

Even better than the pictures

I arrived at this unit at night, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was motion lighting the entire way to the door. Another nice surprise was that there was water in the fridge for me. It was clean and well equipped and in a very nice neighborhood.I also enjoyed the cozy little courtyard that was just for me. It was nice to sit out in the Florida sunshine.If I ever need to use a Verbo in Sarasota again, I would definitely use that one.

Aside from the bed mattress being a little too hard for my taste (Lol), The property was quaint, clean, safe, and easy to find. Edith was easy to communicate with and always responded immediately. Definitely a great spot for a quick get-away.

This apartment is attached to a house. Very nice neighborhood. Very close to the airport. The apartment itself had nicely chosen furnishings. Well done. The only negative is you could smell when the homeowner was cooking. I would stay again for a quick trip.

Everything was exactly what we needed. Clean cozy room with kitchenette stocked nicely and nice bathroom. The mattress was a little hard for my husband but I slept fine. We definitely would stay again if we’re in the area! Property manager was very responsive and helpful to accommodate our additional needs.
