“The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.”

The common areas were furnished nicely, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Much too hard for our taste. We marked it down for cleanliness because the carpet was very spotty, mainly in the primary bedroom, and the handles, knobs and light switches throughout the house were not clean. High touch surfaces need extra attention in short term rentals. ”
