Amazing view - property could use a couple improvements

The view of this home is unmatched. The pool, while heavily clorinated, is also wonderful. But the home is very obviously a full time rental and with that comes some issues. The back bedroom didn’t have hot water, and the tub was not operational as there were pieces of the drain mechanism that needed to be reassembled and reinstalled. None of the TVs were connected to WiFi so we couldn’t use them, the WiFi itself was spotty at best. Every knife in the home was missing a tip and were dull to the point that we used a pocket knife all week. The chairs by the pool have seen better years. Honestly, the view made up for all of this, but I’d love to see the owner invest a bit more in the everyday items that make it feel more like home.

Great location with breathtaking views

Location to Playa Hermosa was great! The view was absolutely breathtaking! Rooms were great size, the property is well taken care of and the pool is just as beautiful as it in pics. The road leading to the property is a little steep, but not bad. Nice gated community. Home next door being built, but construction noise wasn’t an issue.

Pro: great house & view Con: construction next door

Booked this house for a 30th birthday girls trip. We had an amazing time lounging by the pool and taking in the view. Byron with Krain was extremely professional and responsive to questions we had. The cons that are worth mentioning are that the house right next door is under construction. The sanding/drilling started 6:30am and lasted all day. Also, the drainage blockage that we noticed upon arrival prevented use of one shower (they did send someone to fix it and it was usable, but not great). It is also worth noting you need a van service/Uber/taxi/car rental to leave the house (not a blocker tho). Overall I do recommend the house itself it is spacious with an amazing, amazing view.

Magnificent house with a magnificent view

We enjoyed this house immensly. The view is breathtaking and the house is both beautiful and cozy. Two masters have the most beautiful views. The terrace is always in the shade and most of the day there is a comfirtable breeze. The house is steps away from beautiful Playa Hermosa. We did not find many great restaurants and drove to Papagayo. I expect the area to develop more in the future. The house and the views are unbeatable and our stay was indeed wonderful.

Best view ever!

The stay we had at the house was great! The view is amazing, beaches and neighborhood are awesome. Extremely safe. We had some minor hiccups that happened but David, the house manager, was super responsive and helpful! A great trip overall!

Super nice location!

The house was great!! It is on top of a hill, so you will need to rent a car or have a driver that you know ready for the stay. The location, views, and photos of the property were perfect!

Short visit

We were only here for a couple nights but enjoyed the house. You cannot beat the view and the pool area is great. The construction around the house isn't bad but does deter from the beauty of the house. Wish ac worked a little better still the house is beautiful and would stay again

Fun Family Vacation

Really enjoyed this property and the million dollar panoramic views of the pacific ocean. The views from the master bedrooms and the back patio were nothing short of impressive. Was easy to get to the beach and also enjoy the fun restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great time!
