“Property was very nice for solo traveler or couple. Check in was TERRIBLE. Host was no help at all. I had to contact vrbo support in order to get the code for the lock box. Which turned out I was at the wrong door and the host simply left the key in the door. But I would've known this if they responded or communicated at all.”

“This is a house that is set up with 5 external doors that do not connect to the main house. The layout was horrible and we had booked the entire house but when we got there the was an error that had only reserved one of the rooms. This was traumatic as we were two families traveling with our kids”
