  • *This unit is apart of a collection, therefore some furnishings may vary but all units are identical*

    Up to six Lucky travelers will feel at home in this two story apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Chic decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

    Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

    The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

    Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with a king and queen size bed. The master bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Next door, the second bedroom is home to a queen size bed and a second en suite bath with tub/shower combo!

We enjoyed our time in Savannah. Lucky Savannah made the trip easy! The condo was basic but clean and had all the necessary amenities. Just what we needed! The location was ideal for sightseeing and enjoying the Savannah historic vibe.

The location was wonderful and walking distance to all of Savannah. It was very comfortable for the five of us. If I had to say anything negative, it would be to have a towel rack in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and day trips to Hilton Head and Jekyll Island. We walked all around and also to river street for shopping. The park was beautiful and so was the city! This place was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenage girls fit perfectly in the King sized bed) - so wonderful!

Great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a convenient location, perfect if you had other guest/family with you and wanted your own place but them close. We had four other condos all in the same building was perfect!

The best thing about the place is the location. Very close to Forsyth Square! The furniture in the living area needs to be replaced. The rooms and floors needed to be cleaned. The bedrooms are both upstairs and pretty crowded. Shower curtain was old and not clean. No clocks, no Kleenex and few outlets that were usable. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

Cute and great location

Clean and comfortable, Little less than one mile walk to the river area. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was the only meal we at in and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed.

Lovely apartment in the historic district

Location was wonderful. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Rental office was responsive to questions and very helpful. We would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic, and as far as the layout and amenities, the property description was accurate. Unfortunately, the property was only clean on the surface level - the baseboards, walls, floors, and corners in the space were very dirty.

Lovely location overlooking oldest Live Oak tree & easy walk to the fountain in Forsyth Park. bathroom d/s is tight quarters but kitchen is nice & bedrooms with bathrooms very accommodating & quiet.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Savannah!

We loved this stay- great unit, very clean, perfect location. Getting in and out of the en suite bathrooms upstairs was a little tight for plus-size guests, but other than that the unit was absolutely perfect!

Historic Savannah Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Savannah. We did not want to rent a car and we were able to get around easily using the DOT bus, the Hop On Trolley and walking. We spent five full days exploring the city and would love to come back.

Nice unit but bathrooms a bit small

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time there. Sofa needs replacement cushions, hard to sit on. Bathrooms need the toilet paper holders with the tops bent, hard to track in back of toilet for paper. Little shower needs a rod with a bend on it. Hard to turn without hitting the curtain.
