Bonito apartamento de una habitación y un baño ubicado en el corazón del distrito histórico. Hermosas paredes de ladrillo acentuadas acentúan la sensación de este edificio histórico con todas las comodidades modernas. Ubicado dentro de un edificio seguro en Broughton Street, el corazón del distrito comercial, este fabuloso apartamento de una habitación te espera a ti y a tus invitados. Un largo pasillo conduce a la cocina, donde encontrará todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y una cocina completamente surtida lista para su uso. La cocina tiene un comedor en el comedor y está adyacente a la sala de estar, donde puede sentarse y disfrutar de la televisión o simplemente relajarse después de un largo día de turismo y compras. We had a wonderful stay at this condo on W. Broughton Street! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of downtown Savannah and one block- easy walking distance to City Market Savannah, with plenty of shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars nearby. We were in town to see the Savannah Bananas play, and this was the perfect home base for our trip.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in because Savannah parking can be tricky. We parked in front of the building and for overnight we parked in the parking garage about 3 blocks down - it's an easy walk. The building felt secure and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah — we’d definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! We walked to everything! The condo was beautiful! It was clean overall, but could’ve stood a closer look in the bathroom. We had a great time and found our favorite coffee shop down the road. However, a starter of coffee in the condo would’ve been appreciated! Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

Beautifully renovated space in a historic building. Location is perfect for shopping and site seeing. The parking deck diagonally across from the building is convenient but we never needed to access the car over our four day weekend.The common areas of the building are showing their age and could use updating. It definitely has the historic feel and somewhat musty smell that comes along with it. One of the elevators broke down the day we were leaving.The condo does not allow pets but there are pets in the building. First two hours we were there a dog was barking nonstop but we never heard it the rest of our stay.Considering everything, I would recommend the condo for couples like us who were looking for a carefree getaway.

Exploring Savannah

Stayed here for a couple days after being in Charleston and then in the Riverwalk District. Loved the easy walking distance to everything, and especially loved the darkness of the bedroom … slept like a rock!

Wonderful Spot!

Highly recommend staying here! We were in town for a show at the Civic Center. Parked our car in the parking deck close by upon arrival and didn’t have to drive anywhere until we headed home. Such a great spot and so many places in the area to walk to including River St. The host checked in via text to make sure everything was okay. The bed was comfy and the room gets so dark so I slept GREAT. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Paula was such a pleasure to work with. The location was perfect, walked around easily to see things in Savannah! Condo was exactly as pictured and loved having the space to come back to at night instead of a cramped hotel room. Washer and dryer were wonderful to have in the condo as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be able to walk and not have a rental car in Savannah.

Perfect Location

This was a great 1-bedroom apt for our trip to Savannah. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The location was in the heart for the shopping area and a quick 5-10 min walk to the riverfront. Will use this again on any return visits.

Savannah trip

Everything about this Condo is exceptional! Very clean and in the absolute perfect location! Once we parked, we were able to do the majority of our sightseeing by waking. It is in a very safe location and in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this place.
