  • Stylish executive rental on the ground level of a grand Savannah home. Private entrance. Shared paved courtyard with seating. Full kitchen with dishwasher + utensils. No stairs required!

    Jones street has been hailed the prettiest street in the USA in may publications. This is also walking distance to many popular tourist landmarks. No car is needed.

    Parking is on the street and it is metered so a residential decal or Day Pass is needed for weekday parking. Please note we do not allow smoking at this location and that includes the outdoor area which is shared with the owner.

    ​​​​​​​Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Spectacular place. Clean, and plenty of room to move around. The street itself is a gem. The only downside would be the bathroom. It needs to be renovated, other than that, it's wonderful. Coffee in the courtyard is heaven! We will be back.

Great apartment and location. Door sticks but once you figure out how to open it, you’re good to go. Check in Was super easy and everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a perfect spot to walk anywhere your heart desires, from the Riverfront to historic shops and areas. There was plenty of room and space to unload our belongings. We loved sitting in the "secret garden" and felt safe in this location. I would stay here again.

Great home in Historic Downtown Savannah!

My daughter and son-in-law spent a week in this home while spending time in Savannah. The location is perfect for walking to all historic places of interest and resturants in downtown. The home is clean, quiet, cozy and well maintained. We plan to stay here in the future!

Wanted to be in the middle of the parks this time around and this was the perfect spot! Right in the middle of everything, just a few blocks away from the riverfront. Would stay here again in the future.

Great Location

We loved being in the historic district within walking distance to so many things to do. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. We're two short women so ground level was perfect for luggage hauling. The private courtyard was my favorite space! Communication was prompt and courteous. Would book again.

Great first floor apartment

Great stay and loved the apartment. I thought it was the whole condo when I booked so was a little worried when we realized it was just the bottom section. Worked out fine and loved our stay. Great location.

A perfect spot for a great time in Savannah!

Location, location, location! We were able to walk to everything in Savannah and it was just a short drive to things outside the city like Tybee Island and Bonaventure Cemetery. Likewise, the rental was spectacular. Had a warm and welcoming eclectic feel with a fun juxtaposition of the historic and modern. Spacious. Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Adequate toiletries. Quiet outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee was delightful. Won't hesitate to stay again.

Perfect for a stroller family!

We were visiting with our toddler and baby, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere with our stroller! The apartment was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The only downside was the shower was quite short, but that isn’t a big enough problem to bring down the rating for us.
