We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our base of operation for our trip. Four brothers and their wives. We would definitely do it again.

The house was great and as advertised. We had 5 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space for everyone. Everything was great during our stay and we didnt encounter any problems or concerns.

This is a great property in an excellent location for walking and enjoying all Savannah has to offer. The main house had an excellent layout that acommodated my adult children and grandchildren. The kitchen was stocked well for everyone to cook when we weren't dining out.

We loved it! Super clean. Great location. Easy to check in and check out. It's a 5 minute walk from a Kroger/Starbucks. Spacious and cozy. I'd absolutely stay here again and hope I get the chance to!

Great stay

My family was so impressed with how gorgeous the house was. Plenty of space for everyone. The carriage house was super cozy too. There was a little mix up on the code to enter but management was super helpful and friendly and had it fixed quickly. Would stay here again.

Three Generations Reunion

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It was safe, quiet and an easy walk to Forsyth Park and a few local neighborhood shops! The attention to detail was wonderful—even a few toys for the young grandchildren!!! Staying here totally enhanced our enjoyment of our visit to Savannah!!!

Awesome Savannah Trip

Property was fantastic. All we needed plus lots of space for entertaining. The carriage house was also a blessing since I needed an extra oven for Thanksgiving dinner and it had an oven & full fridge. Definitely coming back!!!

We love Savannah!

The house was very nice and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for 8 people! Walked to Forsyth Park and all over. The code was wrong but the woman that answered the phone after hours helped us get in. Very prompt to help!

Well taken care of home

Good location and clean place. Spacious and nice layout of the house. Had plenty of bath towels and pillows. What was lacking was kitchen supplies. Only two trash bags and 1 dish towel was provided. No coffee filters or any spray cooking oil (only salt and pepper) which seemed to be a little bare bones for the price point.

The kitchen utensils were fully stocked and as we are cooks, we really appreciated everything they had...even an egg slicer! The stairs were a little steep for anyone with disabilities. But we loved everything about the house and locality. We would definitely stay here again. The carriage house was amazing, like a whole house itself.

Great reunion with friends!

Overall our stay great, however, we reserved this property due to the guest house but was unavailable to utilize due to the “musty” and “stuffy” smell. My 3 year old nor our friends 3 month old could endure the smell. It was disgusting. Luckily the main house was spacious and clean.

Great stay for family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week with our family of 6 and our in-laws in the carriage house. The kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated that the cooking utensils pots and pans were in really good condition, not scratched up and old. The bedrooms were very large and accommodated our family well. If you are traveling with little ones you will need to bring all of your own supplies and be prepared to block off the staircase. I would recommend bringing some plastic dishes/cups etc as there were not any but none of that would deter us from renting again. Renting through Lucky Savannah is such a plus. There was a housekeeping issue upon checkin which was resolved within minutes of calling the help line. They gave us a late checkout and refunded our cleaning fee without us even asking. The carriage house was perfect for my in-laws. Clean and comfortable and just the right size. Having a garage was great. It was a little tricky parking in there but we got the hang of it and were able to fit our Honda Odyssey van with no problem. Overall, really comfortable stay and great service from Lucky Savannah.

Wonderful Stay. Just a Few Hiccups.

My siblings, their spouses and adult neices/nephews had a family reunion in Savannah, GA and stayed at Happy Times. The house was immaculate and large enough for the 8 of us to have meals together, as well as, providing a great place to stay while we explored the city of Savannah. I would have given this property 5 stars, except there were a few things that didn't rate 5 stars. The house is in an area about 7 blocks from the historic attractions of Savannah proper. It is also an "up and coming" area. Most of the homes have been renovated, but the neighbor on one side was not cutting their grass and someone else a few doors away had left an old mattress on the sidewalk that was still there when we checked out. Many of the sidewalks throughout the city are uneven and rough due to tree roots, broken/missing sidewalk blocks, etc. If your planning to walk to most of the attractions be prepared for long, tricky walks. This can be difficult for travellers with small children and anyone who may have difficulty walking. The property has a seperate apartment over the garage. The internet did not work so there was no TV. The ceiling fans were wobbling and a towel rack was loose. When I reported these things to management they were very helpful and responsive in getting them fixed. We would stay there again and highly recommend Happy Times for a good time in Savannah.
