Great home for large group

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for 8 women (all family) on a girls trip. Location was great! We walked to a lot of stuff. Grocery store is just around the corner. The separate carriage house was perfect for the younger adults that like to stay out later!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house

The house was great and as advertised. We had 5 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space for everyone. Everything was great during our stay and we didnt encounter any problems or concerns.

Well taken care of home

Good location and clean place. Spacious and nice layout of the house. Had plenty of bath towels and pillows. What was lacking was kitchen supplies. Only two trash bags and 1 dish towel was provided. No coffee filters or any spray cooking oil (only salt and pepper) which seemed to be a little bare bones for the price point.

Three Generations Reunion

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It was safe, quiet and an easy walk to Forsyth Park and a few local neighborhood shops! The attention to detail was wonderful—even a few toys for the young grandchildren!!! Staying here totally enhanced our enjoyment of our visit to Savannah!!!

Great reunion with friends!

Overall our stay great, however, we reserved this property due to the guest house but was unavailable to utilize due to the “musty” and “stuffy” smell. My 3 year old nor our friends 3 month old could endure the smell. It was disgusting. Luckily the main house was spacious and clean.

Sunny in Savannah

This is a great property in an excellent location for walking and enjoying all Savannah has to offer. The main house had an excellent layout that acommodated my adult children and grandchildren. The kitchen was stocked well for everyone to cook when we weren't dining out.

We love Savannah!

The house was very nice and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for 8 people! Walked to Forsyth Park and all over. The code was wrong but the woman that answered the phone after hours helped us get in. Very prompt to help!

Great stay

My family was so impressed with how gorgeous the house was. Plenty of space for everyone. The carriage house was super cozy too. There was a little mix up on the code to enter but management was super helpful and friendly and had it fixed quickly. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay. Just a Few Hiccups.

My siblings, their spouses and adult neices/nephews had a family reunion in Savannah, GA and stayed at Happy Times. The house was immaculate and large enough for the 8 of us to have meals together, as well as, providing a great place to stay while we explored the city of Savannah. I would have given this property 5 stars, except there were a few things that didn't rate 5 stars. The house is in an area about 7 blocks from the historic attractions of Savannah proper. It is also an "up and coming" area. Most of the homes have been renovated, but the neighbor on one side was not cutting their grass and someone else a few doors away had left an old mattress on the sidewalk that was still there when we checked out. Many of the sidewalks throughout the city are uneven and rough due to tree roots, broken/missing sidewalk blocks, etc. If your planning to walk to most of the attractions be prepared for long, tricky walks. This can be difficult for travellers with small children and anyone who may have difficulty walking. The property has a seperate apartment over the garage. The internet did not work so there was no TV. The ceiling fans were wobbling and a towel rack was loose. When I reported these things to management they were very helpful and responsive in getting them fixed. We would stay there again and highly recommend Happy Times for a good time in Savannah.

Awesome Savannah Trip

Property was fantastic. All we needed plus lots of space for entertaining. The carriage house was also a blessing since I needed an extra oven for Thanksgiving dinner and it had an oven & full fridge. Definitely coming back!!!

Sibling reunion

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. We were a group of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space. It is in a great location and we loved exploring Savannah. The management company was quick to respond to my inquiries and the check in and out process is convenient. I would highly recommend this property.

Super Comfy and Clean!

Had a great time celebrating my daughter's upcoming wedding at this property!! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Property was fairly walkable to things as well as a just a short uber ride. Neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Lucky For Sure

The reviews of this property were impressive, which is why we decided to make this our first "getaway" with a couple of our kids/spouses/one grand. The space was perfect! Clean, spacious, all amenities you need, good parking (street & garage), comfortable beds and in walking/short drives to everything we wanted to do while in Savannah, including the drive to St. Simons Island. Only 2 suggestions; Have more than one paper towel roll and store at least 2-4 trash bags (there was only the one in kitchen waste container). Otherwise, thank you Vrbo team for making a wonderful stay. for the family. We look forward to finding a larger space (or 2 units next to each other) for our next family vacation.
