  • Beautiful top floor (3rd floor) apartment in the center of Savannah's Historic District. On Abercorn Street north of Liberty Street. Walking distance to everything! Steps away from the Perry Lane Hotel, J. Christopher's, Drayton Towers, Hitch, McDonough's Pub, and tons of other shops, restaurants and museums. Across the street from the historic landmark Colonial Park Cemetery.

    King bedroom with soaring ceilings overlooking Abercorn Street. 2nd bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Pullout Queen Sofa in Living Room. One Full Bathroom off hallway convenient for the group. Kitchen with coffee maker. Private Laundry in unit. $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on street where parking is metered around the home. We suggest downloading the ParkSavannah app to pay for your numbered spot with a credit card on your phone.

    What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Integrated software partners are trusted and approved by VRBO and all Expedia Group affiliate booking sites.

Perfect spot for exploring

Our family had a fantastic visit at this location. Great spot within walking distance of just about everything Savannah has to offer, and it was great having the parking space for when we did need to venture further out. Excellent communication from the host, we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

This little peace of heaven is located right in the heart of the Historic District of Savannah. It is walking distance to many restaurants and plenty of entertainment for the family. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay in the future.

Comfortable, cute, clean and amazing location!

This was a comfortable stay for four adults. The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled beautifully and the main area was quaint. The location was amazing; about halfway between the riverfront/downtown and Forsyth park. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

Outstanding Unit

We had a great stay at this vrbo unit. It's perfectly located across from the Colonial Cemetery in the heart of the Historic District. Everything was extremely well organized and exactly as presented & promised. We will stay here again in the future.

Loved the place and location! Lighting in the unit could be better but overall the place is excellent! Longest walk to anything we wanted to see or do was 20 minutes. Savannah is a must destination if you love history!

We had the best time at this property. You can’t beat the location. Walk to everything. The property was clean, functional and a breeze to check in. Would recommend highly!

Adorable house, clean, comfortable and close to everything in walking distance. Only downside was the toilet would not fill up to flush, so we had to fill a trash can with water to flush each time!

Great trip To Savannah

The apartment is in a great location and having the parking space was a great bonus. Short walk to the main street and riverwalk and everything we wanted! The stairs are narrow and steep so just be aware for accessibility, but the apartment is adorable and very comfortable and well appointed. King bed was super comfy. We had a great stay and will be back.

Girls Trip

This apartment was just as described. It’s the perfect getaway spot for a girls trip. The location was wonderful and the parking spot was a huge plus. The only downside were all the stairs to climb after walking the town to get to the apartment!

Amazing location, great for teenagers!

We did a spring break getaway with my teenage daughter and her friend. The unit was cute, clean, and comfortable. It is also a 10 minute walk from all the fun savannah spots. We would 100% book this again. Best feature was the pink kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and it has a parking spot.

Conveniently located, Very comfy and perfect for our family

We enjoyed utilizing this property for our stay. The location was ideal as it was in the historic district and very close to Juliette Gordon Low Museum and by Colonial cemetery. It was perfect for our family- we have a 7/9 year old. The property was very clean and comfortable. We also thought the interactive board was cool and booked the white trolly tour through there and that was a fun feature!

Perfect location

Walking to everywhere was so easy and close. Nice having a parking spot. Apartment perfectly decorated and well supplied. There were 5 of us and sleeping arrangement was perfect. Definitely recommend!!
