This place really is a Gem is historic district . 2 blocks to river walk and around 10 min walk to city market . We would stay here again when in Savanah . Thanks for a great stay

Great location for walkable access to Broughton St, the river walk, and the historic district in general. Everything was well stocked and the property is perfect for two people. Floor is brick which is kind of cool but not really comfortable if you like walking around barefoot but that is an easy adjustment. Off street parking is nice as plenty of people pay for parking around this property. Good value based on my research of other properties in the area.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable, with that Savannah feel to it. It’s a great location which is what was most important to us. All of our favorite places are in walking distance. We will definitely book this place again if it’s available.

The unit is off a small private tree lined patio garden. It is nicely furnished and well maintained. Management staff were super friendly. A short walk to the river front and Broughton. Near great restaurants.

Great location and place for a vacation stay in Savannah. Easy walk to Savannah Squares and restaurants.Easy check-in process, description accurate except only sleeps 2. Fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, and bath.Look forward to staying again.

The location of the rental is great. It is easy to get into the garden area and through the front and back doors. The dehumidifier was very useful during late June due to the humidity. The kitchen was well appointed (missing a wine bottle opener though) and the bathroom was filled with towels and toiletries. The shower pressure was very strong and the water heated up very quickly! It was nice to have some laundry detergent and dishwasher pods at the residence. I would stay here again! The parking spot was great, too! The trash next to the rental did seem to come daily at 7am and make a bit of noise.

Wonderful location in the center of the Riverfront are of Savannah. Everything is walk-able with fine restaurants and parks readily available. The onsite parking is a very good plus for anyone staying inside the Riverfront area.

Excellent location, Clean, and great people to work with.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely and clean. Great location. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would say, is if you are bringing more than two people, the pullout couch does not have a mattress on it. It is just the wirery mattress holder with a mattress cover on it. You can feel the all wires. Very uncomfortable.

Perfect location with extra amenities

Great location just a few blocks from the river. Easy walking distance to sights in the historic district and great restaurants. Really enjoyed both the dedicated onsite parking spot and private outdoor patio. Would stay here again.
