This place was absolutely amazing. The location was wonderful right next to Forsyth park. It was perfect for walking to brunch at Collins Quarter and then the farmers market that happens right next to the restraunt. We also were able to walk to Enmarket Arena for our concert since it was only a mile and we didnt want to worry about traffic after. The place itself was so cozy and had everything we needed for the weekend. Also a special shoutout for the communication! I knew everything for check in days in advance and even had to reach out to update payment method and they were on it within minutes! Brandon and Chase are wonderful hosts! Cant wait to come back again!

The rental is small, but we weren’t there much so that was fine. The shower does not have great water pressure and did not appear to be super clean. The light above the bathroom sink was extremely dim and flickered. We found several spiders and multiple small flying bugs. One day when we returned, the door into the unit was unlocked. We double checked that it was locked prior to leaving for the day. Responses to questions took hours sometimes. The bed was comfortable and the area is cute. It is a walk to get to the city market area or River Street.

The property was clean, crisp, and so incredibly cute!!!! Exactly as pictured! My mom and I had the best time! Forsyth Park was a literal block away, bike rental was under a 5 minute walk, and there were so many restaurants within 1 mile. We recommend the trolley ride, the Prohibition Museum, bike rental, Corleone’s Italian restaurant, and Leopold’s Ice Cream! The hosts had phenomenal communication. We loved the property and the city, we will definitely be back!

This is the cutest snug as a bug apartment. We found it just perfect for two. It’s very well designed so that it’s extremely functional. We did not cook, but we could have! The neighborhood is the perfect mix of historic homes, but a walkable distance to bars and restaurants. We didn’t have a car, and I didn’t miss it. The hosts are BEYOND accommodating, and fantastic communicators. I would stay here again without a second thought.

The rental was spotless, tastefully furnished (with a wonderful bed) and very well located. We loved being near Forsyth Park and having the ability to walk everywhere we went. Access to the unit was easy and yet very secure.

Great Savannah rental by Forsyth Park

The studio was just as pictured on VRBO. The space is well designed and the decor is great - modern space in an old building with lots of charm. We had everything we needed and loved the convenient location very close to Forsyth Park.

The Perfect Aptartment

If you are visiting historic Savannah, this is the place to stay. The location is perfection. One block off Forsyth Park where the street parking is ample and free. We were in easy 20 minute walking distance of most of the historic area. The apartment is very cute and extremely clean. Even though it sits on a corner, it was extremely quiet. 0 noise issues on our three night stay. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to make nice breakfasts every morning. Chase was very helpful and courteous via text with extremely quick responses. Could not have asked for more. Loved our experience.

Vacay the Savannah way

Nice neighborhood with wonderful location. We parked our rental car and walked everywhere. Perfect for a couple who has never been to Savannah before. Host was helpful and quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Cozy Little Stop

This is a very cute location, and like others by this host very clean and well put together.Easy check in process and the bed is very comfortable. It does sit in a bit of a noisy location, host provides earplugs but with the AC running it isn’t horrible. We will definitely stay through this host again during our future trips.

Studio steps away from Forsyth Park

We had a wonderful stay! The studio was spotless and I don’t say this flippantly as I am very particular about cleanliness. The check in process was simple and communication with the host was excellent. The very best thing about this studio is the location. It is just steps away from the beautiful Forsyth Park and the azaleas were in full bloom during our visit!! The host has included many thoughtful details in the studio, my favorite being a brand new clean sponge for dishwashing. While we did not cook, everything needed for a small meal is there. The refrigerator is so cute and has ample space in it. The furnishings fit the space well and the bed was comfortable. I hope we get to visit again soon and until we do I hope many of you get a chance to stay here. You will not be disappointed!!

Great Studio Near A Variety of Attractions

The studio was well appointed, clean and quiet. It was central and a short walk to the many museums, restaurants, and attractions. Chase responded quickly to any communication. We would stay here again!

Perfect place for girls weekend

My best friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend in Savannah and it was perfect for our needs. Looks just as pictured, clean, comfortable, awesome location, and the hosts were super nice and communicative. Check-in and out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay again!

A comfy reunion

LOVE!!!

The unit was beautiful and we loved how clean it was. Communication with the property managers was quick, so polite and the check in/out instructions were easy to follow. Will definitely look to see if this is available when we come back to Savannah!

Close to Forsyth Park

Cute, cozy property close to Forsyth Park. Easy walk to downtown, or catch the DOT two blocks away. Parking was right out front of the property. The owners were very responsive to our questions-excellent communication. Everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning or have a glass of wine after touring all day. Perfect for two people. Hint- if you are thinking of taking a trolley tour, use the link the owners provide to get a discount!

Great location

Location is perfect for exploring on foot, the city squares are absolutely beautiful, the architecture is amazing and the vibe in the area is fantastic! Wish we had a few more days to explore.
