The property was just as it was pictured in the listing. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked, we were provided everything including some laundry soap if we needed it! The bed was comfortable, but a little on the firm side. The shower was huge and has 2 shower heads. The view was beautiful over the marsh, and the screened porch was a fantastic addition to make the place more spacious. All of the windows have blinds, but I would have preferred heavy curtains on the window in the bedroom to minimize the headlights shining in the room at night. Check in was a breeze, and management contacted us via text to make sure we were all settled in and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and really have no complaints, but there are some things you may want to be aware of that isn't mentioned in the listing:
The listing says that the pullout couch was available for 2 more people but just sitting on the couch was very uncomfortable, so I can't imagine what sleeping on it would be like. In addition, the couch is 2 feet away from the bed, with only a room divider between, so if that matters to you, be aware.
The listing doesn't say that the house is on a fairly busy street, so if you have a pup that tends to run out, young children, or you just want absolute peace and quiet while sitting outside, be aware that there is regular and fairly constant traffic going by. It's not noisy inside the house with the windows closed, but the road is RIGHT THERE, a few feet away from the house. It didn't impact our enjoyment that much, but I was picturing the house on a cul-de-sac or something and was a bit bummed that it wasn't as quiet as I had hoped.
GPS will NOT take you to the house, and it's not very well marked, so you have to go by the picture of the house and figure it out.
There was nobody upstairs during our stay, but someone from management briefly checked on things upstairs and we were a bit surprised at how noisy it was when she was up there just walking around. It may have been a completely different experience with small children and pups running around up there, but we can't say for sure.
