The location was amazing for our group! We were able to park our vehicles in the provided parking and walk everywhere we wanted to go!Beds are very comfortable and it was pretty quiet considering you are in the heart of Savannah!

Great spot

In town for a wedding with a large group. Home was perfrct for us and enjoyed the historical significance. Would stay again for sure. Loved the neighborhood!

Annual family trip

We come to Savannah every year for a family vacation and this property was the best so far. Very spacious, clean, and in a great centralized location.

The property was the perfect location and had plenty of room for 7 people. Check-in and check-out were easy and the Lucky Savannah staff were helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

This house is amazing!! Beautiful inside and out with extremely comfortable beds and everything you need to feel right at home!! Close to shopping, great restaurants and all the Savannah tourist attractions! We will definitely be back!

We had 4 girlfriends meeting from Philly and 2 from Cocoa Beach in Savannah. It was a fabulous weekend and the house was perfect! Location was superb and house was awesome. Everything we hoped for and more.

This was a fabulous location and a charming house to stay in. Everyone in our group was very glad we picked the Simon. The house is old, so there are some little foibles like hot water takes a long time, but nothing major that affected our stay. Location too is unbeatable. It's about a 1/2 mile walk or less to anything in Savanah you'd want to see. We parked our car on arrival and never used it until we left. Would love to stay again!

Amazing House and Location

This property was perfect for our needs. We were 4 couples wanting to see Savannah. It is very well decorated and every need was thought of. Plenty of common space inside and out. We could walk to everything. We loved it!

Wonderful property!

Our family loves staying at the Simon during our recent visit to Savannah. The location is a beautiful area of the city and so convenient to many historic sites, restaurants, and activities. The house had a wonderful layout for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The 2 dedicated parking spots were also super helpful!

Reviewer Comments: Nine ladies from Nebraska thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home located in the Historical District and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The house was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable, the front porch was a delightful place to gather. We travel a lot and this may have been our favorite place to stay! The only suggestion I have is when the home is cleaned, they also address the parking area in back; it was covered in trash.

Enough room for 2-3 cars. Although we entered through the back ally way and it was a bit unsightly don't worry the house delivers combining the old with the new for the perfect get away. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Savannah. And Lucky Savannah was easy to work with.
