We had a great trip and wonderful stay. The house had everything needed and all of area attractions were very walkable from the house. House was very clean and as advertised. Note to travelers.....take some laundry detergent. There are only enough towels and wash cloths for one per guest. Shampoo and shower gel is only small hotel size so again if there are 6 this will never be enough. Would encourage liquid hand soap be provided as well as tissues. All minor details in the scheme of things though! Would definitely stay again!!

The place is beautiful and well kept. Very nice location near the park. Private parking for only 1 car which worked for us since we had a van. The property is advertised for 8 people but the description doesn’t explain that they only have beds for 6 and the 7 & 8 guests have to use an inflatable matress. We also had an issue with the a/c downstairs, it doesn’t cool well at all. Reported it twice, sent pictures to the management company as requested and a ticket was opened. No one came to look at it during our stay.

Spacious, elegant historic district home

I’ve recently traveled quite a lot and mostly stay in VRBO’s. This home had it all!Elegance, comfort and a great location.Just steps from historic Forsyth Park and the rest of the historic district!Well worth the price tag!

Walk to Forsyth stay

We really enjoyed our stay and would consider using this property again—it was clean, nicely decorated, and had great amenities that made our trip enjoyable. It had great parking and the proximity to Forsyth park was a plus. That said, there were a few items that didn’t meet our expectations. I don’t like to be critical, but I do want to be open and honest for future guests. The sectional couch in the living room was very worn, and should be replaced. A house this nice should have something better. The mattress in the master bedroom was also extremely worn, uncomfortable, and definitely needs to be replaced. The spare bedrooms had very comfortable beds for the rest of our family. With just a few updates, this home could be an exceptional rental.

Family time in Savannah

The rooms were all nice size, plenty of closet space. The parking situation was a nice surprise. In the kitchen the appliances were good quality and well maintained. All in all it was a very relaxing pleasant experience.

Good location & super clean!

We had a great time - good location to Forsyth Park, the walk to downtown is totally doable, but little long for the younger kids. Property is super clean with gorgeous hardwoods!

Almost perfect

Sure! Here’s a concise VRBO review that includes both the pros and cons in a balanced tone:---The house is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed. That said, the master bed was quite uncomfortable and squeaky, which made it hard to sleep. Also, the towel situation could be improved—only one bath towel per person felt a bit stingy. A few extra bath towels and some basic beach towels would go a long way. Lastly, the ice bin in the freezer was frozen shut during our stay, and even though we were told it would be fixed, no one ever came by. With a few small upgrades, this place could be perfect.

Perfect location, beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay and this property was very walkable to some of the most scenic parts of the city. Overall the house was clean and it was very beautiful.There were a few issues we had, and the property manager was very responsive. Communication was very easy with a direct number to text. Upon arrival, housekeeping had left without finishing up or replenishing supplies. They came back soon after I contacted management to let them know. The washing machine had some problems so were unable to do laundry, after having maintenance come out twice. And lastly, while the home was very tidy and clean for the most part, there were some issues with cleanliness regarding one of the bedrooms and the furniture in the living room.

Beautiful house

House was beautiful. We unfortunately had to stay because of someone being admitted to the hospital - family came in and everyone had a place to sleep. House was clean. Would say they need more silverware , spices would be nice in cabinets , dish towels, maybe a crockpot , little things that would just make it easier for someone to make it feel like home. Need lightbulbs changed in a few rooms. Other than that house was amazing

Great place and location

Loved the house, space and location. Really everything was great. The only negative was a lack of some key kitchen utensils like a strainer etc. Not a big issue but just expect to have more items in the kitchen that may be needed for cooking. Other than that true to the listing and would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time and loved the house. Good location and very walkable. The management was quick and responsive to a few issues and asks. I do wish they would have had a few more house supplies — paper towels, spices, and cooking oil would have been great but we purchased and it all worked out. We’d definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving getaway

The place was beautiful and more spacious than you could tell in the photos. There was plenty of rooms and space for all four kids. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for our family. The property was in a nice location close to Forsyth Park and easily walkable to all the restaurants, shops and squares. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful home in a great location

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Savannah at this beautiful home. This house is in a great location surrounded by many historic homes and parks. The location of this property made it very easy to get around town using the free trolly system that picked up and dropped off just a few blocks away. Everything we needed was supplied as far as kitchen items and bath linens. There's a screened in patio that's nice for being outside without the bugs. The furninshings and decor were stylish and modern while sitll maintaining the vibe of a historic home. Beautiful wood floors, antique style faucets, archways, very high ceilings, wood window shutters. My only recommendations would be brighter lighting in the upstairs bathroom and some additional hangers in the closets. One thing I found a little misleading is the advertising of this property's access to a heated pool. The pool is located on Tybee Island, which is about a 20 minute drive away. So if you don't have a car and don't plan to visit Tybee Island, then you can leave your swimsuit at home.

Loved it!

We stayed for a weekend and never wanted to leave! The home is perfect - better in person than the photos to be honest. The high ceilings and large windows are spectacular! Everything was very comfortable. The three bedrooms upstairs were perfect for us. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Property and Location!

We loved our stay in Savannah! This home was immaculate and we did not want to leave. It was perfect for my family as we had plenty of room and enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living room together after a full day. The unit comes with parking in the rear of the home but there was plenty of off street parking. Highly recommend staying here.
