The house was clean and spacious. Pool was wonderful and helped a lot with entertaining a toddler. Location was very convenient to my conference in Savannah but also an easy drive out to Tybee island. Would stay here again if returning to Savannah area.

Home away from home

This house was perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages: 11, 8, 6, 2). We came for our daughter's dance competition. The house is in a great location, between downtown and the beach. Convenient access to shopping centers and restaurants yet in a quiet neighborhood. Our kids loved the pool and backyard too. The house was well kept, cleaned and equiped with high end appliances and all you need to make your stay comfortable. If we come back to Savannah, we hope to stay here again.

Splash of Southern

We came down to Savannah for our honeymoon and enjoyed staying in this home. The pool was so enjoyable along with all of the house. We were able to drive a 10 minute drive to downtown, no more than 5 minutes for stores, and local restaurants. It was also a 20 minute drive to Tybee Beach. Great location, clean house, fun pool with all the water features.

Splash of Southern Delivers

Spent a week with friends (2 other couples) at Splash of Southern and it definitely delivered. The property seems like a recent flip/remodel and it's done very well. - large, very well equipped kitchen, great for cooking for a group - awesome pool!! - 20 minutes to Tybee / 20 min to downtown Savannah - solid internet access (had to work remotely) - very clean and well maintained - TVs in all the bedrooms - full size washer and dryer - great responsiveness from the property management company The best VRBO we've stayed at and would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to stay here for the size, level of finish, pool and proximity to downtown. We had a function for the Girl Scouts and it was one of the nicer options with a pool. The property and management did not disappoint. The home is cared for, clean and has higher end fixtures and appliances which all were easy to use. They even brought me a broom when I mentioned I didn’t see one and later found them behind the washing machine. I would recommend anyone looking to stay around Savannah or the Tybee Islamd area give this place a shot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in "Splash of Southern" for 4 days at the end of April. The home was so well maintained and clean, it was such breath of fresh air upon arrival. I cannot overstate how clean the home was. It was a fantastic layout and even better than the photos depict. The pool was just amazing, and made the trip for my three boys. We paid extra to heat the pool, and I would highly recommend it. It was very warm and made the adults even want to join in on the fun. We used the fire pit to roast smores and cooked every day in the kitchen! The location is close to both downtown and Tybee Island. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.Some things to note, which do not detract...but just things to be aware of when packing for your stay...there are not pool towels, so you just need to use the bath towels and dry them between uses. There is no foil, plastic wrap, oils, or such in the house. There is a starter set of paper towels and laundry detergent, but you will need to grab more for a longer stay. Each bathroom had two rolls of toilet paper which was enough for our 4 day stay. The above are not negative, just information for those like me who like to be prepared. This was far and above many rentals we have stayed in and I would highly recommend to anybody. The beds were comfortable, layout wonderful, cleanliness perfect, and backyard simply divine. Don't hesitate to book this rental!
