We received all the check in information on time. We checked in just after 7:30 pm. There was a mild odor in the room when we checked in. I always like to check to see if we need to pick up anything (coffee, sugar, etc). The kitchen was scantily stocked. No dish towels, just paper towels. Ice cube trays were dirty and we noticed there was a lot of what appeared to be sawdust behind the TV. We went to eat then and when we returned the smell was a lot worse. I contacted the host. I heard nothing back the entire weekend from the host. I contacted VRBO with the odor issue and they were unsuccessful in contacting the host. There was a spray bottle of odor removal under the sink and I used it quite frequently. There were a lot of other issues…leaning of the floors, the top of the entrance door was a gap of about 1/2 inch, and you could hear everything in the hallway. The location was great, however, the accommodations were lacking. I would not recommend staying here unless you can put up with a sewer stench. The dryer had a terrible smell and I did not even want to open the washer. All my clothes will be washed upon my arrival to my house. Not worth the
