Our small Girl Scout troop enjoyed staying at this house it was close to Savannah historic district, Tybee Island, and a groceries store. The house was spacious to accommodate all 8 of us and equipped with the essentials to have a few meals there all together.

Girls Trip to Savannah/Tybee

We recently stayed at Carlos and Marci’s property in Savannah. The house itself has a lot of potential and some definite highlights. It’s in a great location—close to downtown Savannah and an easy drive to Tybee Island. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with nearby stores for convenience. The house is spacious, and there’s plenty of parking, which made coming and going easy for our group.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by several issues. The refrigerator was inconsistent and struggled to stay cool throughout our stay, which made storing food difficult. When we arrived, the outdoor trash bins were already full, and per the host’s instructions, we had to store our trash bags in the screened-in porch—not ideal. We also experienced a water outage for several hours, which was frustrating.Communication with the hosts was lacking. They were slow to respond and did not provide any resolution while we were at the property. While we did receive a small reimbursement after our stay, it didn’t even cover the cleaning costs we paid for the booking, which felt insufficient given the number of issues we encountered.The property has strong potential, but better maintenance and more responsive hosting would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

WONDERFUL!!!

This home was amazing for our party of 9, lots of space to spread out, yet still cozy for game night. GREAT location- close to everything we wanted to do. From the moment we first inquired about the property until we left, the owners were responsive and helpful to make our stay memorable. Beautifully decorated and thoughtful touches throughout. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!!

Wedding Weekend

Our son's wedding was on Wilmington Island. The home was a perfect location to the venue. The home was clean and well supplied. It is close to the grocery store and short drive to downtown Savannah. My only suggestion would be to add a large mirror in each bedroom. With several people trying to get ready for a wedding and only two bathrooms it was a challenge for time in front of a mirror.

Family fun

This house was positioned just right to hang in downtown Savanna and go to Tybee beach. We enjoyed several restaurants in both directions. The house was perfect for our family and made our stay awesome.

Weekend stay in Savannah

Overall the stay was ok! We literally just stayed one night to sleep. When asked about checking in at 4pm instead of 5pm received no response. We were there for a baseball game and wanted to check in prior to leaving for the game. Literally got the check in information at 5pm. It states in the description that the early check in is not given due to cleaning. However, the main bedroom downstairs had an extreme amount of dog hair that was not initially visible only after I sat down on the bed and my black pants were covered in dog hair. I was aware that the home was dog friendly but was expecting the home to be clean if you need 7 hours between a check out and check in to clean! Also there were a tremendous amount of sand gnats outside the home. For the price and amount of space was needed was a decent stay!

Big Property, Close to Downtown

The property is very nice, and the house is laid out in a way that you can have a group of people! We had 6 adults There are some basic supplies at the property but we did have to purchase some additional ones just for basic cooking needs when we ate at the property. The bathroom toilets were quite dirty, showers as well.We did find a good amount of dead bugs, but it is Georgia.The property manager did not really respond to any messages, unless it was a way to make more money (ie checking in early got a quick response but when we inquired about what kind of coffee pot was there so we could buy coffee it took multiple days for him to get back to us).We did take video of the property due to all the extra charges that could occur to make sure that everything was appropriately done and that we wouldn't get charged for anything else. This included things like missing light switches, etc Please review the cancellation policy! We did not read it in depthly and did not realize that no matter a circumstance you would basically have to pay the entire rate (I attempted to cancel due to a personal situation within hours of it being accepted and it was rejected even though there was plenty of notice and the acceptance came almost a day after we put in our request

Amazing stay in Savannah!!!

This was the perfect place for a large group! My bachelorette group loved it! It was very clean and owners were so helpful with any questions. It was a short drive to downtown with lots to do. We would definitely book again!

Weekend away with friends

The property was large and spacious. It had everything our friends and I needed for a weekend in Savannah for a concert. There our store is close by to pick up any groceries or items you forgot. It was really close to downtown but enough way that you had quiet and plenty of parking.

Excellent stay

The pictures don’t do any justice, the house was so nice and clean and really big no one was on top of each other. Checking in was easy as hell got there at 5pm code work with no problem. Only issue I had was it was no broom,mop or trash bags if you anything like me I like to clean up after myself before I leave thank you guys

Savannah and Tybee for the 4th

We had a great time in Savannah for the 4th of July weekend. Carlos and Marci were great hosts. They sent helpful information about the house well in advance and even sent recommendations about things to do in the city as well. Check-in and check-out were easy. The house had an ideal layout for our extended family with large rooms and comfortable queen and king beds. The house was clean and the location was great being 10min from the city and 15-20min from the beach. We have already recommended this property to other family members looking to visit Savannah. Thank you again, and I'm sure we'll be back.

Beautiful home!

Upon arrival, the property was immaculately clean and tidy for our stay. Every bedroom had towels and wash cloths available in each room ready for us. Kitchen was stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook several big meals. Nice yard for the kids to play in. Sun room beside the family room was a great spot for us to hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and are very thankful for the quaint neighborhood that was close to the city and lots of things to do!

Sister weekend trip

This place is so comfy! Very nicely decorated. The beds are so comfortable. Location is the best! We went to Tybee and Savannah. Highly recommend this place. We had 5 adults and 1 preteen and it was so much room for all of us!!

Perfect

The host was amazing with helping me plan my trip. I began the process about 8 months in advance and every time i askes a question about places to eat or things to do i was give a well written very detailed answer. The house was beautiful and very large. We had plenty of rooms. My family loved the back porch and they spend most of the spare time outside. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook 2 full dinners and a breakfast for the family of 6. We found the house to be very clean and well organized. Beds was nice and comfortable. Bathrooms was nice. This was our first time renting a house for a family vacation, in fact this was our first family vacation in about 15 years and it was amazing. Highly recommend 100%

We booked this house for a girls trip. It was so clean, very updated, easy access, quiet neighborhood. The VRBO app had some issues so we had difficulties contacting the host but got it sorted out. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Location for large Party

The location of this place was great! We were a little unsure with having a 5 pm check in and we got there in the morning, but we ended up going to Tybee until check in! Quick to get to and from Downtown Savannah, or Tybee. Everything was super clean, beds were all comfortable, and neighborhood was quiet. We even really liked how secluded the back yard felt. Great vacation spot for a large group. House was huge. All the rooms were large too. Only having two bathrooms got kinda difficult at first, but we got a routine set up when we had to get ready. The bathrooms are huge, so as long as you get a routine down, it will be comfortable for your stay. I had a glitch with Vrbo and didn’t get the Check in guide, but the hosts were awesome and still provided written directions for everything. Checking in and out was super easy. Hosts even provided a list way ahead of time with recommendations for places to go, tours, etc. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Savannah with a large group!

Clean and comfortable

We were a group of 6 adults staying at the property. It was a great location for us; convenient to the Islands as well as Historic Savannah. The property itself was very clean and maintained well and the bedrooms and kitchen were well appointed. We would love to stay there again!

Not too Happy with Host

House was spotless The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I ask to cancel booking one day before because my father in law had a stroke. I request some type of refund but the only answer I got was they will do a partial refund only if someone else rent those days but of course impossible to do from one day to another and also he needed to cancel mine too that he never did. I’m sure at least they could refund the cleaning fee that was not going to be needed.Any way, my father in law got better the next day so we end it up going and loosing just one night.

Wonderful place to stay while in the Savannah area

Communication with the host was wonderful right from the booking. We received a welcoming message and small guide of what was to come, as well as well-thought places and things to do that they recommended. When a question was posted, a response was made within hours. The property was immaculate, beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and had all the amenities expected. The yard was wonderful for our pet to run in (completely fenced). The 5 bedrooms were all spacious as were the two bathrooms. Screened in back deck with couches to relax in. Large TV and huge living room for all to fit in easily. Dining room had easily room for 10. TV upstairs in one of the rooms with a mini living room great for kids. Games and puzzles to be used. Appliances all in great shape, large refrigerator fit everything we needed for 11. Carport that fits 2 vehicles and the driveway fits another 4-6 without issue. Quiet neighborhood but right close to a large road with access to a shopping area (food and goods) 30 seconds up the road (and we made plenty of trips there). Twelve minutes from the river area and downtown. This was a real pleasure and we are glad we made the choice for these hosts and this property. Highly recommended.

Thanksgiving in Savannah

Very responsive host! House had a great layout for a big group. The large laundry room was really nice. For dogs, the fenced property was ideal. Proximity to a Savannah Bee Company meant we went TWICE! Definitely recommend this property.
