Este adorable apartamento de una habitación ubicado en el centro tiene una lujosa cama King en la habitación, un sofá cama Queen en la amplia sala de estar, lavandería privada, una cocina bien surtida, una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4 y un lugar de estacionamiento privado reservado.

Para cualquier vehículo adicional, el estacionamiento en la calle durante todo el día se maneja mejor con un Pase de estacionamiento para visitantes del Centro de visitantes de la ciudad de Savannah.

We didn't need a car because we planned to walk around the city, but for those who do rent cars the space in back would be nice. The location was perfect, close to River St. and also Forsyth park. Some things to note about this parlor apartment: 1. If you have more than two people, the fold out couch was very uncomfortable. The sheets didn't fit and there was no extra blanket or comforter. It was very disappointing at bedtime. I have stayed at places with a foldout couch before that had a memory foam mattress, I suggest that in this case. 2. The pillows were hard and flat, time for an upgrade. 3. The coffee provided was instant decaf, so definitely not something we wanted to drink. 4. The living room is bright as daylight at night with the lights outside and no blackout shades on the kitchen or hall window. The hallway light stays on at all times too so bring an eye mask. 5. You can hear the people upstairs at night. Other than these things the place was enjoyable and historic. I would recommend staying here just be aware of the sleeping situation.

TLDR: great place, highly recommend, some minor maintenance is needed though.This was a very fun little place to stay! Parking was a breeze. If you are planning on renting a car so you can get to Ebenezer Creek, drive through the wildlife reserve, get out to Boneventure Cemetery, or Tybee Island, you will love the included off street parking here. It is also walking distance to all of the historic district. We loved how central it is. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants just around the corner or down the street. The room was quite clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The living room is spacious and comfortable as well. The bathroom was functional, if a little musty. There were three minor issues that we had. First, the electrical for the laundry washer and dryer/refrigerator was kind of hanging out of the wall and didn’t seem quite finished, so you need to be careful about it. Fortunately it is mostly blocked off by the appliances. Second, the water filter spout that they had next to the kitchen sink was actually attached to the dishwasher drainage rather than the actual water supply. Finally, the shower/tub are is not fully caulked and there are gaps in the exposed drywall, so be sure to check for mold. The good thing is that they keep the place pretty well ventilated. Overall our stay here was great and we had a very fun time. The manager was very quick to respond and had some great recommendations.

This place is perfectly located o walk all over town. We did not eat to stay down by the river but a simple walk from here does it…with plenty of places to stop along the way if you want to. We did not come to town to cook so we can’t speak to how the kitchen was supplied - all we used were coffee cups and wine glasses. Comfortable bed in a quiet neighborhood with a meat cemetery right across the street. Older house so don’t expect “knock you down” water pressure but if gets he job done. We would absolutely sta here again on a future visit!

This location was perfect! Walk to everything.Parking out back took the pressure off of moving the car. Bed was comfy and place was clean. Bathroom needs maintenance.Overall a good 4!!

Overall the house is okay. Location is perfect and check in process is easy. I would say that the bathroom could use some updating. I’ve stayed at multiple properties in Savannah and understand the age of the houses, but simply changing the toilet seat would be a good start. The folding door in the hallway need replacing and the sink vanity had water damage at the base. Also, if u have back issues the bedroom mattress will be your enemy.

This could not possibly have been better. The apartment is gorgeous, and smack dab in the middle of the historic district. We walked to all our destinations within 15 minutes, and both of our walking tours went right by the building because it's across the street from Colonial Park Cemetery. The parking space in back also cannot be underestimated. Other than a trip to the beach, and to Bonaventure Cemetery, we just left our car parked for 3 days without having to pay for any parking. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the king-size bed was soft and inviting. We had 3 great night's sleeps. All around the perfect place to stay in Savannah.

Great Location

Great location for property. This property is within walking distance to restaurants and the riverfront. IF you are looking for a stay within the historic district, this is the perfect location. The parking spot for the apartment is a plus as you do not need to move your vehicle if you are active and can walk a couple of blocks to get to everything. There are very good restaurants within a block of the apartment with plenty of variety to choose from.There were a couple of things about the apartment that need a little attention. The drain for the shower is slow to drain and water backs up in the tub when taking a shower. The toilet could also use a little attention as well as it seems to be dated and slow to work sometimes. Kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils as we could only find a small paring knife, we had to buy a knife.Other than those few things mentioned, the stay was enjoyable and worth a look if you need a clean apartment within the historic district.

Wedding Anniversary

The location was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was, when we were about to depart we noticed that our windshield was cracked. We'll probably never know if it was a freak accident or intentional. Behind the property where we were assigned to park had some sketchy characters and activities at times. But overall we had a great time in Savannah and at this property.

This was a much needed 4-day getaway. The apartment was very comfortable, and my husband and I had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent and was very walkable to most attractions and restaurants. The apartment was cozy with a very comfortable bed. It was also very quiet and peaceful in the evenings which we really appreciated. We were a little concerned by the steps when we booked the property, but happily they proved to be no problem. Finally, we loved the fact of the on-site parking spot since parking is such a premium in Savannah.

Wonderful Location

Wonderful location that is approximately 1/2 mile walking distance of almost all the historic districts. Added plus is the provided parking space. Apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Love all the old woodwork. It is also at one of the Old Town Trolley stops making it very convenient. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Savannah!
