Positives Parking with easy Kitchen had appropriate utensils Bed was comfortableNegatives Pool was uninviting, cloudy and leafy yuck Internet was intermittent and unreliable for TV Owners dog loose at night without notice to me If you walk barefoot in the house your feet will be dirty from floors Whie outside you have to listen to music from the house in front.What you see in the photos is what you get definitely no frills. The place needs an overhaul for sure update.There are cameras watching you outside so you have no privacy at all.

Perfect spot

We went for our anniversary, it was so cute ! Perfect hidden away area, but close to Savannah area. We will enjoy our stay. And enjoy the story behind the place even tho its sad. The home owners were nice and friendly.

Peaceful

Quiet lil nook space with variety of places to sit and relax. Enjoyed hearing the different sounds coming from the wind chimes very peaceful. The view sitting outside at night is spectacular with all the different colored lights on. This place is a lil slice of heaven tucked away in beautiful Wilmington Island.

Temporary home

I rented this property for my daughter, who was in the process of moving to Savannah, only to find out on the drive from Wisconsin, that her apartment would not be ready as scheduled. After a week in a hotel. We needed to find something to give her a little more space and amenities. The property was perfect for her situation, and owners were extremely easy to communicate with

Lovely Oasis

You can really tell someone cared! The cutest little bungalow. Super clean and cozy to just hangout in. Our visit was during winter so we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor pool and patio but I can see how that would fun! You couldn’t ask for friendlier people and an all around comfortable atmosphere in a backyard oasis that anyone would enjoy. Would absolutely visit again !

Wilmington Island retreat

Owners were good at response to our questions. Nicely updated furniture. They note that they are continuing on working on upgrading systems. It took longer than we had thought to get there from our daughter's apt., we should have anticipated that. Yard is set up nicely, although time of year of our visit, we did not use at all.

Awesome time!

We loved it here! The cabin was lovely. The first night we relaxed in the Oasis of a backyard (make sure you have plenty of OFF/Cutter!) and the rest of the time was enjoyed in Savannah and Tybee Island. Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin with us...we'll be back!

Incredible in every way

This place is absolutely amazing in every way. Impeccable cleanliness. Character and charm. The family that hosts is wonderful and you feel the love as soon as you open the gate. The pool, flowers, backyard are everything someone would want to have for themselves. The Surf Cottage is perfect. My boyfriend and I had the most romantic moments. Thank you so much for one of the best memories made. It’s only a short drive from both the city and the beach. They even told us where to go eat! When you walk inside there is everything there at your fingertips. Down to the to go menus. We felt as though this family could be our new friends if we lived closer we’d be there all the time. Anyone who stays here will wake up with a smile.

6 Days on Wilmington Island

Nice small and unique cottage for two. Karla, the hostess is very accommodating. We enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast on patio and afternoons in the pool. The house is conveniently situated10 miles from Savannah and 10 miles in the opposite direction to the Atlantic.

A perfect little treat

My boyfriend and I were visiting Tybee Island for the day and this guest house was exactly the experience we wanted. It is well maintained and decorated with tasteful eclecticism making it an oasis within city limits. The neighborhood is quiet and even though you are in someone’s backyard, the privacy is still maintained. I want my home like this.

Perfect little getaway place!

This is the cutest little place, incredibly decorated and they have thought of everything you might need. Total privacy, great internet, stocked kitchen, comfy bed, great air. Only thing I would suggest would be one more long mirror just inside the bedroom entrance to the lelft, I couldn't do my makeup while my husband was showering, it was too warm in there. LOL Thank you for a great stay!!

Beautiful bungalow

Check in was a breeze! We actually met the owner & she was very warm & welcoming. We drove to Tybee Island & Savannah. The bug low is close to both. We enjoyed the charm of the bungalow, the decor & how cozy it was!
