Historic on the outside; Modern on the inside. The unit is comfortable and has all the conveniences we needed. The host responded to every message within minutes. This is located just a few blocks walk from the historic district.

Nice little gem in Savannah

The property is very clean, cozy, and beautiful (you can tell it was newly renovated with good taste) and its location is great as it is walking distance to historic Savannah and it's tourist trolley system. We will certainly stay here again upon returning to Savannah.

Family Vacation

The apartment is in a place within walking distance of the historic center, very quiet and safe area, everything you need for a comfortable stay, beds and towels and sheets very clean, the kitchen with everything you need to prepare food, minimal noise with the road, thank you for staying in your property, we will return for sure.

Too Short but sweet!

Our stay was short but this location is perfect for walking anywhere in downtown Savannah, the farmers market, around the corner from the best coffee shop in Savannah Coffee Roasters. All the details are taken care of and the hosts are wonderful! We look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyable stay

This unit was very clean and comfortable. Although the listing indicates 2 full baths, it is just 1 and a half bath, also shown in the pictures. The owners were very easy to communicate with and our stay was great! Cute little outside deck at the back.

Top notch place and stay!

We were in town to attend a SCAD event and had a wonderful time at this property. Easy parking on street. The appliances and amenities (sheets, towels bedding) were top quality. Although it’s located near a highway we were not bothered at all. We will definitely book again!

First time in Savannah!

The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, a combination of historic charm and modern convenience. The beds and bedding were heavenly. The hosts were very responsive. Parking was easy. It’s close to the highway, but that didn’t bother us. All the action was in the other direction! And we lived through the record snowfall in Savannah! I would definitely recommend this property.

This property is totally a 5 star stay! It has everything you could ask for and within walking distance to the parks and river walk. All you need is good shoes and the ability to walk a distance of 2 miles. That being 1 mile each way. I would return to this site without a second thought.

Warm Savannah Nights

We had a fantastic time in the City of Savannah and the location of this loft was perfect. It was a little warm upon arrival but Chase and Brandon addressed the issue quickly and even moved us to another one of their properties until it was fixed. Bottom line we will be back and their properties are Top Notch!! Thanks for everything and this was a wonderful trip. Charles W.

Adorable brick house.

My mom and I stayed here for about 3 days. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We really appreciated that there was coffee available for both coffee makers with all the fixings. The only knock on the place is that the neighborhood is right by the MLK and is very noisy. Ear plugs were available in the bedroom, which helped us sleep. We did not have a car and there were not many services near by. There was a cute bar named the Hawthorne nearby and a Family Dollar that proved useful. We had to use Uber a lot since my mom could not walk very far. Otherwise you could probably walk to a lot of the historic sites. Forsythe park was not too far away. Overall we were happy with our stay and the hosts were very helpful.

Amazing!

This apartment is just perfect. It is decorated beautifully and has new appliances. It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms which made it convenient and comfortable. It even provided all the essentials for kitchen and bathrooms! (Even coffee pods!) My adult son and I had a great time! The apartment is walkable to all parts of Savannah. The only downfall was the highway that crosses over Martin Luther King Hwy was at times very loud (which was mentioned in description). The property management was also very helpful, polite, and professional. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting downtown Savannah and would stay here again in the future!
