Very nice, clean, convenient location for visiting areas around Savannah. Parking was on the street in front of residence and we had no issues. Location is within walking distance of a Mexican restaurant and Bobbie’s Diner. We ate at both places and we were very happy with both restaurants. We plan to stay at this location on our next visit to the area.

Everything was great. Our hosts would respond immediately, and you pretty much have everything you need. It was nice having the washer/dryer combo and cookware. The location was great and we had parking every day. 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful home! We did notice some small issues that should have been tended too before checkin such as broken blinds in living room and master bedroom and unclear information on the parking spot behind the building. If you are a light sleeper be aware that traffic can get noisy during the evenings. Over all it was a good stay and we would come back!

Excellent communication with host. Easy getting in and everything was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the open concept and the separate sinks for coffee vs dishes. Would not hesitate to stay again. It was within walking distance to everything. Parking out front was not an issue.The only improvement would be to have king sheets for the king bed. Not a big deal.

Communication with this host was terrible. I'm pretty sure they are using an AI bot to answer emails (I did ask at one point and received no response).Whoever I was emailing with knew nothing about this individual property. They could not answer questions about the parking space (asked explicitly, told there is a designated spot but they didn't have any more information than that - and there is no marked spot). Didn't address the fact that the a/c didn't work. And ignored the fact that the outdoor furniture was in complete disrepair and unusable. This, along with the parking, was why we booked this property. Very disappointing and cannot recommend.

Wonderful stay, beds were very comfortable and we didn't have any trouble finding parking right in front of property. Very quiet neighborhood, well stocked apartment. We had everything we needed. Will stay again when we return to Savannah. Our favorite city out of four, this Chrismas vacation. Thanks!!

Location was perfect for us, as we were moving a child into SCAD. There was always street parking available right in front of the house, and the spot behind the house was large enough for our extra large SUV. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms and living areas were spacious, and the closets were surprisingly large. The street was quiet and safe. (I had no problems sleeping, but other family members said there was normal city noise from other streets.)The listing is on the second floor, which was not a problem for us, but could be for others. We will definitely be booking, again, when we’re in town.

Charming and cute!

Looking at the outside of this property you expect an average apt. Once you enter you can feel the time and care that went into the decorations and furnishings that make this place anything but average. Its modern, yet homey atmosphere includes everything you need for your stay. Check in and check out are easy and the owners do their best to ensure you have the best stay possible. This is definitely a place to revisit!

Beautiful place!

My husband, grown daughter, and I stayed 2 nights, and it was great! The place was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The high ceilings made it feel even larger than it was, the back deck was really large (though it was too hot to hang out there!), and the bedrooms were very spacious. We used the washer and dryer in the bathroom, which was so helpful. We never met Brandon and Chase, but they were quick to respond to our few emails, and everything was as they said it would be.We appreciated how close the place was to the river, restaurants, shops, etc. Parking was available right in front of the house on the street. We also walked just atound the corner to a really good Mexican restaurant. Perfect!

Quick but perfect trip

Property was exactly as described! Perfect location— so close to everything we needed. My top two priorities when stay with my family is feeling safe and cleanliness — this property is a 10/10 for both of those! Convenient parking and everything! When we come back to Savannah, we will look to stay again!

Family trip

This property exceeded expectations! Pics do not do it justice! Absolutely gorgeous, comfy beds, great location. You do have to climb stairs to get in & out so be aware. The only minor thing that could possibly make it better would be detachable shower head/sprayer - single stall shower shorter person like me makes it mildly challenging, but not a deal breaker by any means. Would absolutely stay again!

Cute and convenient

The property was very cute, clean, and in a great location! We stayed for 3 nights and it was quiet the whole time. Convenient parking on the street was easy and always available (we did not even try to park in the alternate parking in the back). The host was very responsive to our messages and it seems like they thought of everything (like a welcome packet with great suggestions for food and activities, but also a first aid kit and shower supplies). Highly recommend this beautiful location!

Perfect spot for a Savannah visit

This was a sister's trip to Savannah and the property gave us the perfect landing spot. We could easily walk to good restaurants. Walking to downtown and River Street was a little longer, but an easy and pretty trek.The property was clean, comfortable and inviting. Communications with Chase were easy and timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Grimes stay review

We had a great weekend in Savannah for SCAD family weekend and having this cozy, well decorated beautiful place to stay was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious with high ceilings throughout making this a perfect size for the 4 of us. The kitchen was stocked full with everything we needed. We had no trouble parking right on site. We were able to walk to Forsyth park and close restaurants. We will be sure to check availability the next time we are in town!

Staying in Savannah

This property is exactly what is advertised. Very clean, updated and has most everything you need. The positives: quiet, great deck, spacious, clean, and great coffee bar. Other (not negatives); Bed is not a standard bed with box springs so it's a little different to sleep on. Also, you cannot lower the A/C below 70 degrees. I understand this especially in the summer but take note if you are apt to get hot at night like I do. Additionally, pay careful attention to the parking signs (Fridays there is a street sweeper that comes through so park in the back). I would highly recommend and would stay at this property again.

Beautiful Stay for Savannah Women's Half

Very clean. Great location within walking distance from Forsyth Park and many great restaurants. Quiet street. Cute little deck to sit and visit. Very well stocked. Prompt communication with host. Would definitely stay again in the future. Loved Tacos and Tequila around the corner.

Great St. Patty's Weekend!

This property was fantastic for our girls getaway trip! It was cute, clean, updated and comfortable. The property had everything that we needed and was in a great location. It's a comfortable walk to Forsyth Park, but a bit of a haul to the river. It's an easy drive or cheap uber ride though if you're not comfortable walking. I would definitely recommend this property and would be confident booking again with the hosts.

Great location easy stay for a visit to Savannah

We had a quick weekend trip to Savannah for a girls meet up. This stay was a perfect location an easy stay with easy walking distance to lots of major Savannah destinations! Highly recommend this stay
