Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this welcoming ground-floor retreat features a king bed, an updated walk-in shower, a well-equipped kitchenette, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy morning coffee on your private covered patio beside the flower garden, plus the convenience of dedicated parking. Explore Savannah’s historic squares, shops, and restaurants on foot. Pets are welcome!

    Your private studio sits on the ground floor of Savannah Manor, a grand yellow Victorian mansion in Savannah’s Historic District. White wainscoting and hardwood floors give the space a welcoming feel, with modern conveniences for a comfortable stay.

    SLEEP & RELAX

    The open studio features a comfortable king bed, an internet-enabled TV, and a dedicated workspace. Air conditioning, heat, and Wi-Fi help you feel at home.

This place is ideal for an individual or a couple wanting to explore Savannah. It is right in the very walkable historic district, next to a Kroger if you need food, and the house itself is really cool looking. Parking in the rear felt very safe, and the small kitchen had far more than we expected. I would recommend staying here if you are ready to explore Savannah (especially if you have a dog).

This is a fabulous, well maintained, and very clean studio that is close to Forsyth, the grocery, and several sweet coffee shops. Enjoy your morning coffee outside and watch the birds. Michael is super responsive for questions. It even has off street parking!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location could not have been better—right in the heart of Savannah’s historic district, making it easy to walk everywhere and explore the beautiful squares, historic homes, restaurants, and riverfront. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very easy to access.Savannah is a perfect halfway point between our homes in Virginia and Florida, so we visit often and are always looking for great places to stay. This property exceeded our expectations, and there’s a very good chance we’ll be returning on future trips. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect location for me, I parked my car and walked everywhere. The apartment is cute and spacious for one or two people. It was very clean. So convenient to have Kroger right across the street. Communicating with the owner was a breeze!

The stay was great . Location was good. We had a problem with the parking . We just moved our car in front. We had 2 towels but that was ok cause i washed all the time.

Property was as described. Great communication with host; very prompt with reply to any questions. Location is very convenient to Forsyth Park. Kroger is right across the street. Unit was well equipped and clean. Enjoyed our first visit to Savannah.

Our stay was perfectly efficient at this location! We had everything we needed, the space was so comfortable and very clean, and we were walking-distance to everything we wanted to do while in Savannah. The proximity to the Kroger was fantastic for late-night snacks after walking all day. The simplicity of the space and the ease of check-in/out made for a very relaxing place to rest after busy days!!!

Cozy little studio, perfect for a couple and pet friendly for our little fur baby. In the middle of everything so you didn’t have to drive too far for activities. Loved being right across the street from Kroger. Definitely listen to the owner for clear parking directions or you’ll never find it.

The studio was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The covered courtyard was great because it rained during our trip. Property is clean, with dedicated private parking.About 3 minutes walk from Forsythe Park. Quiet. Private. Kroger's across the street. The host, Michael, was the best we have ever stayed in with VRBO. Easy to communicate with, pleasant, unobtrusive. 5 stars all the way.

I took my daughter to Savannah for her birthday weekend. The property was as described and immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable. Because we were in the historic district, we were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The property owner communicated all the needed details the day of check-in. Great stay!

Awesome stay! The Kroger next door and Forsyth Park just two blocks away make this super do able if you plan to walk the gorgeous streets of Savannah. The studio style home was historic and accommodating with full sized washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and a huge shower. The best part? Our pup could join us on our weekend getaway. 10/10 would stay here again next time we come to town.

We loved the setup and it was a fun room. The area was great and after a couple of trips, it was easy to get to the tourist areas. Only downside, being seniors, was that we would have liked to have had a couple of grab bars in the bathroom. Michael allowed us to take a tour of the upstairs and we were fascinated by it size and features. We would recommend the property.

Great location two blocks from the east midldle of Forsyth Park. Short Uber or longer walk to everything. Rehabbed, well appointed, small studio on the ground floor, rear of an antebellum house. Multiple outdoor seating spots. Private parking spots in the rear. Other rehab ongoing. Entry has only one step up and down. Kroger next door. Host is responsive.
