    Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. Place is great but needs maintenance. Dryer vent was clogged. Ac vent was clogged. No curtains on the window in the master bedroom. But otherwise great place and location. We loved Savannah

This is a great spot to stay. It’s even more spacious than the pictures make it look!! The only thing I will say- we’ve stayed in various rentals in Savannah and they’re all a little bit noisy but the noise level here was pretty crazy at times! Just be aware of that.

Microwave didnt work, flooring was spread apart, showers felt like you could fall through them. Hallways had an odor. Parking included was great and only a short walk. Beds were comfortable. Laundry in condo was great to have.

Clean apartment - decor was up to date , rooms were spacious. Location was perfect walking distance to all things Savannah. Would highly recommended staying here and I will put it in my favorite list for when I come back

The location was GREAT. Furniture very old and not in great shape. Hardwood floors had the joints separated by several inches, in a lot of places. Big time tripping hazard. Very noise with trash trucks and food delivery early early morning. Parking lot was convenient.

Location is everything! Right in the middle of shopping and dining- We walked everywhere or took the hop on-hop off trolley- we had the very best vacation in Savannah. Previous reviews mentioned the street noise and there was plenty of that but room fans helped a great deal. Good water pressure, very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom should be replaced. Wonderful host

Great place!!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway!! The view was great for sitting around watching all of the city life happening!! We hope to be able to stay here again the next time that we visit.

Perfect getaway

What a great location! The loft had everything we needed and was in a great location for exploring Savannah. This is an older building but it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. It is loud at night so ear plugs are a must on the weekends if you have trouble with noise but it didn't bother us.
