The Space:

Located on the second floor of a beautiful mixed-use brick building enjoy a side street entrance and fantastic views out onto bustling Broughton St. below. Step into the studio and be greeted by beautiful original features like hard plank floors, exposed brick, and oversized windows providing an abundance of natural light.

Directly inside the front door you will find the studio’s bathroom and an in-unit stackable washer/dryer. Experience the low entry shower with custom slate tile and an oversized shower head while noticing all the bathroom essentials including toilet paper, towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer

Following the bathroom and laundry closet is the studio’s wall-separated bedroom featuring a brand-new queen mattress with fresh linens. Tasteful décor, high ceilings, and deep blues provide the perfect space for a restful night sleep. Staying for longer? A dresser and mirrored closet provide ample storage space.

Step into the studio further and find an open concept between the kitchen, dining room, and living space. A fully appointed kitchen featuring custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen essentials gives you the ability to cook during your stay. From kitchen utensils and dishware to small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender, this kitchen has everything you need.

A small dining set sits directly off the kitchen and is set for four. The living room boasts an oversized comfortable sofa and smart TV set up for your favorite streaming services. Accented by a beautiful, exposed brick wall, industrial ductwork, and sleek décor you will be living the urban loft lifestyle as you sit and relax at the end of the day.

Situated on Broughton street you will be in the heart of all the southern charm Savannah has to offer. Surrounded by brick storefronts you can stroll down Broughton and simply take in all the small businesses and restaurants right in your neighborhood.



Enjoy one of the many coffee and breakfast spots such as The Coffee Fox, Kayak Kafe, The Funky Brunch Café, or Maple Street Biscuity Company.

Looking to excite your tastebuds? Check out the trendy Chive Sea Bar and Lounge serving seafood with Asian and southern touches surrounded by a 1920’s art deco feel. Grab classic southern seafood at the Savannah Seafood Shack, or dive into an incredible Italian dish at Bella Napoli Italian Bistro. Craving a wood fire pizza? A stop into 45 Bistro is an absolute must.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Broughton & Jefferson WB stop just a 2-minute walk from the loft.



Getting Around:

If you're bringing a car, the best place to park is in the Robinson Parking Garage (https://www.savannahga.gov/2516/Parking-Garages). Though almost everything in Savannah is within walking distance, if you need to jet somewhere we recommend taking Uber/Lyft a parking can get a little tight in the city.



Other Things to Note:

Of course as this is a busy little city, noise levels at night can be a bit louder than out in the suburbs or country! :)

We are available via mobile from 9am-8pm Monday-Friday and 10am-8pm Saturday and Sunday. If you have an emergency please call 911. We live downtown so if something comes up, we can be there rather quickly.
