The water does have a strong sulfur smell but the owner was very upfront about it. This house is located in the midst of a small older community but the neighbors were no bother. The outdoor space is inviting. There was a slight delay in communication. We also had air conditioning issues for the entire stay that were not taken...

“This place needs some work. There is no microwave, the paint is gloomy, the vents are filthy, the outside entrance is unattractive. The tub and shower liner were grungy and towels need to be replaced. On the positive side beds were comfortable, sheets seemed clean and the complex was in a nice area.”
