Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. “The upstairs room is a loft! Not a true bedroom. Lots of morning sunlight and noise. The property had a very strong bleach smell for days. Then a musky egg smell. I had to repeatedly open the doors to air out. The floors turned our socks black. ”

“What a lovely, relaxing stay!I was in town briefly visiting my son who is stationed nearby. The apartment is the perfect size and I’m the perfect location - close to so many restaurants and things to do!There is plenty of room to spread out and chill in between walks to the beach and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a huge advantage. Mandy is the perfect host. She was super responsive and very focused me having a pleasant stay. I will stay here on my next trip down!”

“Great location, close to the beach. Host was excellent, I had an early flight and I was able to get in early. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The only thing wrong was the flooring was coming up by the couch, and caught my foot. Everything else was great and would recommend.”
