We were very disappointed with our experience at this property. While the home itself was as expected, and the homeowners put great care and thought into making the space comfortable, we had an incredibly negative interaction with the neighbors and property manager that overshadowed the stay.Our group of women was enjoying a relaxing evening in the hot tub, laughing and talking—nothing excessive—around 10pm. Within a span of 10 minutes, I missed five phone calls, texts, and an email (my phone wasn’t with me at the time). The property manager then came to the home around to the back of the house unannounced (we did scream at this point as we we so alarmed of a stranger scaring us), was aggressive in tone, yelling herself, threatened us with police involvement and stormed off.Apparently, this is a recurring issue with the neighbors, who complain about any outdoor noise past 10pm. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stress-free rental where you can enjoy the outdoor space after dark—even quietly—this is not the place.We’ve stayed at over 20 vacation rentals across the country and have never encountered this level of overreaction or hostility from a property manager. Would not recommend for anyone planning to spend any evening time outside.
