The cottage is very nicely appointed, maintained, and kept clean. Although it is small and space is tight, the space has been arranged smartly so as to make the most of it. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The A/C works well. The cottage host, Jason, is very responsive. The best feature of the cottage, of course, is that it is just a very short walk to beautiful Pine Point Beach.

Perfect Pine Point Cottage

This rental was perfect for a few day stay in Pine Point. Great location, loved the outdoor table for meals, and host has everything you need for a fun day at the beach. We will definitely rent again!

This very cute cottage’s proximity to the beach was excellent. It had all the necessary amenities and very easy access at check in. The owner Jason was extremely gracious with all our requests. Would highly recommend this cottage.

The cottage is so nice. Easily accessible to beach and restaurants in pine point! Very walkable. The owner, Jason, is very helpful and quick to respond.

Perfect for Two, Excellent location

Lovely, cozy , immaculate cottage equipped with everything necessary and just a two-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Jason is a wonderful host and replied immediately to my inquiries which was much appreciated . This was our first visit to Pine Point Beach, and we look forward to visiting again!

Overall the house was very cute, very clean, and very well maintained. It was night time when we are trying to find the cottage and since it wasn't viewable from the street it was a bit hard to find amongst the collection of other small cottages. We got married there!

Thank you for the perfect place to have a small and impromptu wedding. We were originally going to get married on the beach but it rained the entire day! The place was beautiful and cozy.

Perfectly sweet!

This tiny, perfectly located property has everything you need. I would suggest packing light since the bedroom is too small to leave a suitcase open. It is super clean, bright and sunny!!

Great stay at pine point

Cottage is great. Clean and comfortable for 2 adults and small child. Location can’t be beat. 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here if you want a nice Maine experience. Also plenty of food options within 5 minute walk.
