“We’ve stayed at this property 3 times now and the location and standard of the accommodation is what draws us back each time. The bike storage facility is also a huge bonus for us. It is comfortable for relaxing before and after days of activity and feels a home from home. Communication with the owners has always been prompt and they are happy to answer any queries. We will be back!”

“Rented the house for a girls trip away. Met the cleaner on arrival and she was lovely. The house is huge and perfect in every way for a large group. Easy parking right outside the house. Great pubs. We self cater and we had everything we needed. Oven great. Bedrooms large and spacious and very clean. Beds comfortable and lovely large windows. Plenty of toilets and showers. Will definetly be booking another visit. ”

“Easy check in and lovely facilities with lots of nice walks around the area ”

Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy. Check in was the only sticking point as the...

“I was visiting friends and going to the Melrose Rugby 7's (along with a bit of nostalgia as I lived in this road when I was a student) so this was a perfect location and was of a better standard than I expected. It was great!”

“Had a really great stay here.. we had an initial issue with our room but the owners could not have been any more helpful and resolved it straight away even when we arrived late at night. We were moved into room one for our stay and it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I loved the easy access door codes which meant not having to remember a key! We stayed over a weekend and whilst being central in Gala was great, it was a little noisy at times with passing sirens and party goers! we had...
