  • 2008 Marsh Walk: esta villa en el segundo piso de Marsh Walk tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y excelentes vistas a los pantanos. Ubicado justo al final de la calle del centro de tenis de Seabrook Island Club, Lake House y Equestrian Center, está perfectamente ubicado para muchas comodidades.

    La villa cuenta con una sala de estar abierta con pisos de madera noble y puertas que conducen a un porche con vistas al pantano. Comparta historias de su día mientras se relaja en los cómodos muebles. Mira tus programas o películas favoritas en el gran televisor de alta definición. Pase al porche cubierto y tome bebidas refrescantes alrededor de la mesa o acomódese en las sillas con un libro. A la hora de la cena, reunirse alrededor de la mesa para 4. Hay asientos adicionales para dos en la barra de la cocina. La cocina abierta cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y mostradores de carnicería. La lavadora / secadora apiladas HE están ocultas detrás de una puerta corredera en la sala de estar.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, baño en suite y acceso al porche cubierto. Ver las noticias de la mañana en la televisión. El baño remodelado cuenta con un moderno tocador con mostrador de vidrio y lavamanos. La gran ducha está embaldosada y tiene puertas de vidrio y un cabezal de ducha manual. Las puertas ofrecen vistas a la marisma de las mareas. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y puertas correderas que conducen a una cubierta abierta. El baño del vestíbulo se ha actualizado y cuenta con una ducha / bañera, pisos de baldosas y un nuevo tocador.

    Las tarjetas de servicios que le dan acceso a las instalaciones del Seabrook Island Club están incluidas en el alquiler. Estas tarjetas le dan acceso a las piscinas frente al mar del Beach Club (en temporada), al restaurante / bar al aire libre Pelican's Nest (en temporada), al restaurante / bar Island House, al golf y al tenis. Se cobran tarifas adicionales por todas las actividades, excepto el uso de la piscina al aire libre. The apartment was very well stocked. We recommend getting an LSV for the duration of the stay as it made getting around very easy.

Fully equipped and spacious

We had a wonderful stay. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at regarding the “extras.” The kitchen was fully equipped, two different coffee makers, etc. Only one minor change would be the pillows in king bedroom need replacing. Excellent stay, would highly recommend!

Beautiful Seabrook

This is a beautiful place. Very friendly people and top touch amenities. The only thing bad was the microwave broke and we had to get the property manager to replace. Other then that it was perfect.

Great spot for rest and relaxation!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and we absolutely love it. From breakfasts overlooking the marsh on the screened porch, to the proximity of access to local amenities, to the peaceful, quiet, and safe location on Seabrook, there is not a thing I would change! We are already looking at dates to return in 2024.

Charming Condo Worth the Stay!

This is a charming, neatly-furnished condo. Spacious living room and a beautiful deck make it worth your stay. Just keep in mind the condo is approximately 3-4 miles from the beach and the Beach Club, so if you’re keen on staying closer to the beach, this may not be the right condo for you. Regardless, this is a very nice condo and we’d definitely stay here again.

Noisy and Hot

The front bedroom with the twin beds was uncomfortable. The beds were overly hard The AC did not pump in sufficient air to keep the room within 5 degrees of the master bedroom The noise from the condenser on the front balcony kept waking us up during the night as it cycled on and off.

Lovely Place!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the setting with the screen porch overlooking the marsh and woods. You almost feel like you are in a treehouse! The condo has been updated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom, etc. It has high quality appliances, tv and stereo equipment, classy furnishings even on the screen porch. We actually liked the fact that it was a little ways from the beach because it was quiet and peaceful and we loved riding our bikes to the beach. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding (including a down comforter under the bedspread. I can’t wait to come back again! Seabrook Island is so beautiful, especially in spring!

Location

Not your fault and I should have ask what floor it was on. Not in property description that it was on the third floor with NO ELEVATOR.! My husband is 82 and it was very difficult.

Great property!

We loved this condo and the marsh views it provided - the screened porch was the best to sit and eat breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The property was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Located close to restaurants, the beach, and other amenities, it was the perfect place away for our family.

Seabrook Condo

We had a really enjoyable stay at Seabrook between the Holidays. We had rented a property in another part of the island previously and this was our first stay closer to entrance. The location was close to the equestrian center and the lake house which provided great access to activities. Beach access was simple with a short drive and access to off island activities was simple. The condo was fantastic and everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The screened in deck overlooking the marsh was a great spot to enjoy meals or just relax. Coordination with the property manager was simple and convenient the few times we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Needs cleaning and updating

This unit was in a great location, had a nice big screened in porch, and a well stocked kitchen. Also, Coastal Getaways was very nice to deal with. However, the furniture and other parts of the unit were dirty and the little things (clogged sink, towel holder falling off the wall, etc) should be taken care.

Perfect calm spot

Our family stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well located. Our dog was welcomed as well. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful Screened-In Porch

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and charming, but overall, it needed updating and revamping. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. The appliances were nice with the exception of the washer/dryer, which were VERY loud. We were very comfortable, but, I would have preferred something more updated on a property that had walkways to the marsh. The nearby pool was nice, and the included amenity cards were a definite bonus. The very large screened-in porch was wonderful. If booking this property, go directly through Coastal Getaways. I would stay here again, but, I’m hoping that the owners will revamp and update everything. It feels like it was a do-it-yourself project, which can be charming...but, can also feel half-baked.

Great stay!

Had a great time! Easy check in and check out. Property updated and clean. Located on 3rd floor so you have to be OK with doing stairs, but for the price and location, and amenity card...it was a great fit for us. Only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. You really sink in to these! But it wasn’t bad enough that it would deter us from staying again. Thumbs up!

Seabrook Condo

Great location! Had all the amenities and loved the screened in porch in the back. My father has coffee out there every morning. The beds in the one bedroom weren’t the most comfortable and would have like a tv in that room, but overall my parents, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Also didn’t realize it was on the 3rd floor, steps were a bit much for my parents who are in their late seventies.
