Relájese y disfrute de la belleza tranquila de Seabrook Island durante sus vacaciones en la hermosa Spinnaker. Los spinnakers están al lado de los restaurantes Island House, por lo que es fácil llegar a pie a la playa y las piscinas frente al mar Club, el restaurante al aire libre Pelican's Nest y el golf. 714 Spinnaker ha sido remodelado con una hermosa cocina que se abre a la sala de estar. Las actualizaciones incluyen encimeras y electrodomésticos de granito, así como ropa de cama, toallas y sofás.

Al entrar, te darás cuenta de la cocina actualizada. Cuenta con mostradores de granito, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos y electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay asientos de contador para dos. Entra en la gran sala que tiene techos altos y un plano de planta abierto. La mesa del comedor tiene asientos para 6 y desemboca en la sala de estar. Allí encontrará muebles muy cómodos, un gran televisor de alta definición, reproductor de DVD. El sofá se abre en una cama de matrimonio por lo que es perfecto para huéspedes adicionales. También en el primer piso hay un dormitorio. Tiene una cama matrimonial más otra individual (para 3 personas) y un baño completo al que se puede acceder desde el pasillo. La cubierta exterior tiene una mesa para 4 personas, ideal para disfrutar de bebidas frías y cenas.

Arriba, el dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, TV y baño completo. Las puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen a un balcón con vista al campo de golf, perfecto para relajarse después de un día en la playa.

Tarjetas de aparcamiento que da acceso a las instalaciones del Club de Seabrook Island, están incluidos en el alquiler. Estas tarjetas le dan acceso a las piscinas frente al mar (de temporada), al restaurante / bar al aire libre Pelican's Nest (de temporada), al restaurante / bar Island House, al golf y al tenis. Una tarifa por mascota adicional para aplicar si trae a su perro.

Beautiful condo

It was our first time on Seabrook Island. I wasn’t sure where to stay and chose this condo because it was very close to the clubhouse/ pool/ restaurant and beach access number 8 & 9.The condo was nice for our little family of 5- kids stayed downstairs and my husband and I stayed upstairs with our baby. The sofas are actually new: updated since these photos were taken and the kitchen had oil/ spices and plenty of dishes/ serving ware. Due to the age of our children, we opted to drive to the clubhouse each day- may look at renting an LSV (glorified golf cart, if you like me weren’t sure what the difference is) next time we are visiting- but it is a pretty close walk if you’re up for it.Lots of people walking, riding bikes, and driving LSV’s around. Very safe & beautiful! We saw deer everyday, heron and crabs at the beach. We ere told of the dolphins strand feeding just up from beach access 1, but weren’t able to make it to see them.Although we did love beach access 1 most!Our kids rode the pony at the equestrian center and enjoyed the kids pool & beach each day. There are shops and a restaurant at Fresh Fields nearby- which is very convenient. Word to the wise, groceries are a bit more pricey there so maybe plan accordingly if you’d rather bring your own onto the island.We enjoyed Pelican’s Nest near the pool and condo for dinner one night- got to watch the sunset and my salad was amazing!

Spinnaker Beach house

We had a wonderful week at Seabrook! The house was great! It was very clean, easy check in and check out process, it was within walking distance to the pools and beach access. We absolutely loved our time there. Will definitely be visiting Seabrook again.

Get Ready to Enjoy Violent Awakenings at 5:45am-6am EVERY 👏 MORNING 👏

Yup, every morning we were serenaded between 5:45am and 6am with the majestic sounds of 2 stroke blowers and various groundskeeping machinery right outside our window. The property company couldn’t have cared less that it was not in the property listing. No concessions were made on their part. We left two days early because of this. Avoid this place if you want a restful vacation. This is our third and final booking with coastal getaways…and probably Seabrook island all together. Nancy and her crew could use a refresher course in customer service, in my very humble opinion

Great location!

This property is within walking distance to multiple beach access points and the Beach Club. It was nice walking to grab coffee at the Osprey Cafe, going to the Beach Club to swim and relax, and with such close proximity to multiple beach access points.

We enjoyed ourselves..played golf, played tennis, ate at the club, swam pool and in the ocean beautiful..rode our bikes, went shopping at fresh fields and ate at a couple restaurants there.. beds were comfy..tastfully decorated..we tryly enjoyed your lovly home..

Fabulous Find

We loved the location, the setting, the nearness to the beach, the views of the golf course from the balcony and living rooms windows, the well furnished deck for outdoor enjoyment, the abundance of natural light, the cheerful and cozy furnishings, and comfortable beds. A highlight was seeing the dolphins feeding near the inlet and watching a gator walk across the golf course and go into the small pond behind the condo.

Nice place!

The property is in a good location with lots to do surrounding it. The house is well stocked for cooking, etc. The place could have been a tad cleaner (but I’m quite intense when it comes to cleaning so few places meet my standards, I think most people would have no issue at all!). Overall, it’s a great place and I would recommend staying there and experiencing everything the surrounding area has to offer such as the walking trails, restaurants, and the beach that is very clean and not crowded at all.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Spinnaker. The condo was so convenient to the beach and pool. It was fun exploring the island and seeing all the wildlife. The condo was lovely and it was great being able to have our dog with us. The Coastal Getaway team was so friendly and helpful. Thank you again! We’ll be back!!

The condo we stayed in was very clean and convenient to the beach access. House was fully stocked and even had a closet underneath the house full of beach chairs, beach toys, and even a bicycle.

Great condo

Condo was very nice and clean. We had no issues at all except our stay was cut short due to hurricane Dorian. I will always buy trip insurance from now on. No refund for weather issues is the only negative thing I can say.

Adventure House

Great location, easy walk to beach, restaurant/bar, pool and cafe. We would walk to dinner at Pelicans nest and roam the beach after dark hunting for crabs. My kids loved watching the golf course from the balcony and we saw a family of alligators in the pond (highlight of the trip for them). The rental company made everything seamless with detailed communications about the rental process and local events.
