The condo was in a great location but the unit is in desperate need for an update. The beds were not comfortable. One of the queen size beds dipped in the middle. The sheets on the queen size bed had a hole in the them. Base boards and floors were dirty and the aerial rug in the sitting area and under the kitchen table were filthy. The microwave handle was broken although they did have another microwave on the counter to use. The toilet tissue was almost out when we arrived in the master bedroom, and when we looked for more toilet tissue, there were no extra rolls. We did call and they delivered toilet paper. It was evident that there was a lack of attention to detail when the unit was being cleaned from the last renters. Even the outside of the condo building needed a power wash. I do not think this property was worth the money that we paid.
