Cuando llegamos a hacer check inn, nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados…, lo hicimos saber a la recepción y se nos dijo que “todas las habitaciones eran iguales”. Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera. “As a single female working away from home I felt most looked after and safe. I also had the best sleeps ever, all warm and toastie. They have a calvery through the week which was great.”

“All the staff were very friendly and helpful, since I’m disabled. They helped me up and down the stairs and Owen put our luggage in our rental car. Hannah and Beth were also wonderful, with other help. ”

“Check-in was quick and easy as someone was at the desk but there were times I would have liked to ask a question of a staff member but there was no one around. I would also like to have had a suitcase stand rather than have it opened on the floor. I don't like to us the bed as a suitcase stand as the suitcase is not particularly clean.”
