  • Fully furnished and remodeled one bedroom one bath loft. Stocked kitchen, dishwasher, cable TV, and free WiFi and just a short block from the Beach. In a few shorts blocks you can walk to downtown Seal Beach. Garage parking in a shared garage which has a washer and dryer exclusive to the loft.

This was a perfect property for us to stay at with our dog! The greenbelt is nearby for great dog walks, and Main Street is also in walking distance, offering a variety of local restaurants and quaint boutique shops. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach!

Perfect location for walking. Very nice accommodations. Clean and quiet. If using the garage space make sure your vehicle is no bigger than a subaru. Just tight getting in. Otherwise perfect!!

Jennifer was great in explaining everything as we were checking in and after having a couple of questions, she always answered her phone and texts. The loft had everything one would need and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk and Main St was only about 4 blocks. We will definitely stay there again.

Place was sparkling clean, bed was comfortable, and Jennifer responded quickly to any questions. There were lots of beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and three beach cruiser bicycles to enjoy. 6 minute walk to downtown and the pier. Would love to stay again!

Not only was the place perfect—so was the host Jennifer. There is nobody below you or beside you so no worry about noise. Place was clean and decorated really nicely. Plenty of towels n blankets. A/C worked great. Wonderful shower. Also easy check in/out. Beach was just a couple of minutes and there is a walkway right before the sand if you want the pier or Main St. Cute shops & great places to eat. Great restaurant recs from Jennifer. Would stay there again 100% for sure

Great location and has everything you need!

Wonderful stay at this cute vacation spot. The host was very friendly and prompt at answering any questions. Close walking distance to beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Grocery store was also a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and hopefully not the last. Perfect location, friendly neighborhood and sweet little apartment. The manager is super nice and responsive.
