“Bang for your buck! If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, this your place. My family and I had a great time at this shore house. Only an 8 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. My family and I walked to the beach everyday we stayed and went to the boardwalk at night. Grilled steaks on the grill out back and had a family dinner on the patio furniture. These are memories that are going to last a lifetime and that is priceless!”

“The house was clean and bright. It has everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the boardwalk. Very quiet neighborhood despite being in such close proximity to everything. E we can’t say anything negative about the property! Awesome!”

“Highlights: close to beach, comes with a parking spot and 4 beach passes, has a small kitchen and full-sized frig. Could use improvement: the checkin process requires in-person meeting, so there’s a need to coordinate- manager was great at answering texts though. The kitchen needs a bit more attention if you are really going to cook (dish towel, oven glove, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, paper towels maybe?). That said, we did successfully cook. Bed spread had questionable stains…. Overall...

“Location is great. Hair dryer, mirror, and shower needs were great. I would recommend a multi-hook towel rack on the bathroom door, as there is not enough hooks for wet towels, and also, an extra towel, pillow and blanket. The air-conditioning was wonderful. Also, as 4 seniors, we loved the deck, but wished there were 4 chairs. The beds were very comfortable, and we love the knotty pine.”

“Property was newly renovated & worked for the 2 days we needed to sleep. Erick was very responsive & allowed us to check in an hour early, provided parking & beach passes so we could head right out! We may have been the first to stay since the reno - the microwave & tv still had plastic on them, the clocks were not set, there was still desicant in a refrig drawer, the A/C needed to be adjusted manually. NBD - everything worked great! Appreciated the regular coffee maker (not Kurig) to bring/make...

“My sister and I stayed here for a weekend down the shore and it was absolutely perfect! Brian thinks every detail out and it was so clean with everything you could possibly need. The pool was also a great added plus! Perfect distance from the boardwalk as well and Brian is always there to help. Thanks for everything and we will definitely be back!!”

“Erick was great with communication. We even changed our check in time with no trouble. The stairs were scary, and the parking was definitely not ideal-but it was free parking off the street. The building itself is old (most places to stay are around there), so I appreciated the bathroom was newer and updated. Oh - the deck! It was a wonderful bonus for us; nothing beats those nighttime summer breezes.”

“Stayed 2 nights and from booking to leaving all was smooth . Location is perfect. Close enough you don’t have drive to anything but a good distance away from the noise . Property is clean and adorable Owners communicate wonderfully and are helpful . I had a situation where my daughter locked the keys In The house . Due to distance they could t make it to come open the door but offered to pay a portion of locksmith fee even though it was my mistake . Would definitely stay there again”
