Dúplex de lujo de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños cerca de la playa, la ciudad y el centro de convenciones

Esta encantadora y moderna casa de dos niveles tiene todas las comodidades del hogar y más. En la planta baja encontrará una cocina de planta abierta, sala de estar y comedor, con controles deslizantes hacia el patio y patio trasero cercado con muebles de exterior y barbacoa Weber. El salón tiene una acogedora chimenea de gas, TV vía satélite con reproductor de DVD / VCR. La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluido el lavavajillas. Comedor con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Hay medio baño en la planta baja del pasillo. Arriba, incluye una reina en el dormitorio principal, además de una cama doble y TV con cable y DVD. Wonderful and Smooth Stay!We had a wonderful stay at this home and found it to be very clean and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check/out and we truly enjoyed ourselves.A couple of small things to note: a screen was missing from the sliding glass door, and we couldn't get the circulation fan to turn on, but the temperature was always comfortable. If you plan on cooking, you might want to bring your own knives, as the ones there were a little dull. The rest of the kitchen, however, was better stocked than most places we've stayed.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this home!

Vacation

We had such a wonderful time! This house was amazing for us. We were able to walk down to the beach within 10 minutes or so and walk downtown in about the same amount of time. Great location! Our boys loved the bunk beds! We loved being able to cook and grill our own food and it was great having a washer and dryer because we got very wet and sandy a few times a day. Wonderful place! Woukd definitely stay again!

Great!

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to all the beach, shops and restaurants. I would have given 5 stars, however, the pilot light on the water heater was out and we took cold showers the first night. That being said, the management company, when contacted was very prompt in coming out and correcting the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Our second time staying here! It's such a great location, close to downtown and an easy walk to the beach and Promenade. The teens loved the bunkbed room, of course. :)

House as advertised

The house was spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. The location was great too. My only complaints are the wood floors need a good cleaning and they could use some new pillows and towels. My husband and I stayed there with our son and daughter in law and our two grandkids and we had plenty of room. I would stay there again if I was visiting the area.

The property was exactly as described. The house was clean. It was easy to contact the owners when needed. The house had a numeric lock which was super nice (rather than having to meet someone and get a key).

The property itself was quite nice. We had a party of eight and there were only nine dinner plates total zero lunch plates or salad bowls. No pizza cutter which every beach has needs. It really only accommodates two cars unless you park in the garage which is small there were no beach chairs, which was a huge disappointment, otherwise everything was great.

10 minute walk to beach and local restaurants and shops.

Overall, very happy with the house. The location is quiet and a short wslk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house has a nice backyard. Kitchen is fine wth the basic requirements. There is ample parking full size washer and dryer upstairs. Gas fireplace in living room. Only two minor things I would recommend to make our experience better; more comfortable pillows and tissue boxes in the bathroom.

Lovely home minutes from the beach

Loved our stay in seaside. This was our second time coming here and we stayed at this home for the first time this round. We were super happy with it. Our family of 6 stayed here. Plenty of space , very clean, multiple bed options for everyone and minutes from one of our favourite beaches. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!!

Great Place

Family of 5 stayed in June 2023. Great location within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. House is well stocked. Good communication from management company. Only recommendation is get better mattresses, the beds were not comfortable. Would stay again.

Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our stay and the house is within walking distance to all that Seaside has to offer. The house is equipped with everything you need for a beach weekend. Unfortunately we saw evidence of rodents downstairs in the kitchen. They ate some of our children’s gummy vitamins placed on the table for the next morning. When going down to the kitchen one night, we saw something scamper across the kitchen floor. Great house, just needs some help with rodents.

Prompt and attentive Property Management!

Stayed for Spring Break with the kids and rental was home base for daily outings. Property looked like photos and was clean. We had a surprise kitchen issue come up late at night and property management was available and responsive. Went so far as to switching our property the next day (earliest available time) to another one they manage and didn't up-charge for the switch while they addressed the kitchen at original property. Definitely a great property management group that runs this location, will look for their rentals specifically in the future. Thanks Erin and Sherri!
