FRENTE AL MAR - Precioso condominio en el tercer piso, con fácil acceso a la playa y amplias vistas al océano. Patio con vista al famoso Paseo Marítimo y con solo unos pasos hacia el sendero de la playa, este condominio es perfecto para una escapada a la playa. Restaurantes y tiendas están a 2 cuadras al norte, y por supuesto, la playa; solo pasos hacia adelante. El dormitorio tiene cama King, TV por cable y el baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo baño es común al pasillo. Sala de estar con cama Queen Murphy, TV de pantalla plana grande / DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavavajillas. Muebles de exterior para su disfrute en el patio para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. Lavadora y secadora en el sitio disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. Estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. Everything was great. They even had chairs to take to the beach. The beds were a little uncomfortable but woth the stay.

The lodging was exactly as expected. The views were oceanfront views with the promenade path below and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The condominium was 1 bedroom with a king bed, had two bathrooms, a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, flatware, and dinnerware. Really nice and super clean.

We really enjoyed our time in Seaside. This condo was in a great location and we loved having an ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped and it was really nice having two full bathrooms. My husband and I went with two of our teenagers, and having a king bed in a separate bedroom with a Murphy bed and a pullout couch in the living room, was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay in this condo again. The only complaint we had was a group of college aged kids above us who chose to make noise until 3 am our first night. Despite this minor problem, we loved the accommodations and would definitely recommend this property.

The stay was great, room was clean and set up nicely. The only complaint I have was the construction workers were moving equipment at 4:00 a.m and woke us up many times. The stay was great and accommodations were good.

Over the years we have stayed at number of different condos at this location. We love Seaside, but we were disappointed in the living room furnishings. The chairs and the sofa are quite dated and very well worn, well past the point of being comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay. Such a beautiful view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked, murphy bed was a handy addition. Some parts of the condo were a bit dated but other areas, such as the kitchen, have been updated. We would definitely stay again!

Place was overall pretty nice. It had everything we needed including beach toys for my child. The views were amazing. The only thing I really have to complain about is it smelled like walking into your grandparents house that smoke inside. There might not be smoking allowed now, but they're definitely was before. And that smell doesn't go away.

I was very pleased with this vacation rental. Great location, fantastic view of the ocean and is close to the main street of Broadway where the majority of the restaurants and shops are located. The building felt very safe, has an elevator that works really well and was reasonably quiet. This particular condo is a bit older but the furniture is comfortable and the TV's are great :)

Older well maintained, super clean condo with lots of space. Excellent location and view. Comfortable mattresses on both the king size bed and the murphy bed in the living room. The deck was larger than most and looked out to the ocean and down to the promenade. I would come book it again!

Stunning view and incredibly comfortable bed. Absolutely my favorite location we have ever stayed in Seaside because of the balcony views and ease of access to the beach. The kitchen is also so spacious and has lots of pots and pans. Hosts had wonderful communication and very quick response time over the phone. Very close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants, we never needed our car. Just one short walk on the promenade and you’re there. I suggest you get groceries before you check in because you won’t want to leave!
