FRENTE AL MAR - Precioso condominio en el tercer piso, con fácil acceso a la playa y amplias vistas al océano. Patio con vista al famoso Paseo Marítimo y con solo unos pasos hacia el sendero de la playa, este condominio es perfecto para una escapada a la playa. Restaurantes y tiendas están a 2 cuadras al norte, y por supuesto, la playa; solo pasos hacia adelante. El dormitorio tiene cama King, TV por cable y el baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. El segundo baño es común al pasillo. Sala de estar con cama Queen Murphy, TV de pantalla plana grande / DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavavajillas. Muebles de exterior para su disfrute en el patio para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. Lavadora y secadora en el sitio disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. Estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. Great Experience

The interiors of this unit may have been dated and a little worn, but once I saw that view in person I couldn't even begin to care. The unit was well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, great towels, comfortable beds, and even items for use on the beach. The family upstairs had some runners, but noise is expected when you're not on the top floor and, also, just look out the window and you'll forget all about it. The location is a convenient walk to everything except a grocery store, but that's just a five minute drive away.Most importantly, the staff are amazing. When we first arrived we had an issue with our rental car. It was late on a weekday evening and I was at a loss for what to do, I called the after hours line, and the property manager went out of her way to help me troubleshoot over the phone while her husband drove over to take a look. He figured out the issue right away and saved our vacation. Can't praise them highly enough!

Wonderful Views withing Walking Distance

The property was very clean and inviting when we arrived, the views are fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Being so close to the main strip was nice that we could park the car and walk. We had a small issue with the door code but the property manager was quick and very nice. This is our second time staying and we would come back in a hearbeat.

Great location, near all the fun in Seaside

We stayed for a quick family getaway. The condo was clean and had kitchen supplies and beach supplies readily available. We were close to the beach and town center. The checkin and checkout was easy and the property was exactly as listed. The sliding screen door to the balcony could use a little grease, it sticks.

Amazing location and view

I wish I could give 4.5 stars as that is my real rating. Only negative for me was check-in process was a little hectic as I wasnt able/didnt receive the check-in instructions via email , had to call customer service but it all worked out. Other than that , great location , comfy beds, clean place, and can’t beat the view over a morning cup of coffee. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were playing basketball with how loud some of the thumps were , but we weren’t in the room that much to let it bother us. Overall really good place !!

Our stay would have been wonderful except for the upstairs neighbors stomping on the floor loudenough to make our light shake, and until very late at night. Zero sleep, sad on a vacation.
