Perfect Location

This property was very clean and well supplied with everything that we needed for our stay. Restaurants, public transportation, grocery store, and others are within a block or two. The rooms are small, but all you need. The neighborhood was very quiet which we appreciated for sleeping. We hope to stay here again soon!

Great stay in Seattle

Our family enjoyed our 4-day stay in Seattle, using only public transportation and staying in this great Capitol Hill-area gem. It was quiet and spacious and comfy! We ate breakfast at 'home, having shopped at the nearby grocery store to supplement what was offered at the home, used the light rail and buses to travel to museums, Pike Place, and other things to do and see, then ate dinner back in the neighborhood, just steps away.

Lovely Clean Stay!

My daughter and I visited Seattle recently and had a wonderful stay here. The unit is clean and uncluttered. The linens are very comfortable. Each room has it's own heating system which was great for creating a cozy space as needed. My daughter is considering moving to Seattle and so we made good use of the local public transportation so she could check that out. And we were easily able to access the light rail and buses from the unit. Capital Hill itself has some amazing restaurants and coffee shops which were all a quick walk from our cozy home away from home!

Gorgeous Contemporary 2Br/2ba Townhouse

Gorgeous tri-level unit. Situated in beautiful neighborhood and just a block away from grocery store. Perfect for our short stay. Very clean and plenty of natural light.

Great Seattle Townhouse

We, 2 couples, stayed for a few days and it was a very nice stay. Everything is new and modern, beds are very comfy, bathrooms new and super clean! New washer dryer worked great. Yes, lots of stairs, but was no problem. Outdoor area was nice. Easy entry on arrival! Minor issues- Missing a wine opener, needs a few more tea towels and a mop as no shoes policy should have meant clean floors, but not the case for us. We immediately stuck to the floor in our socks, tried to clean the floors best we could, but could find no mop. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

One item easily fixed- one not

Overall great property- great location- clean and had many nice touches. Two issues One easy to fix - master bedroom on the third floor has a bed 15 inches off the ground- that is not the problem- There is no chair in the bedroom or the third floor- to put socks on you basically get on the floor- They need to at least put a small folding chair in the closest! The second problem is the 3 sets of stairs are STEEP and SHALLOW- I am tall - when I went down the steps 1/2 to 2/3rds of my foot was off the step- basically I had to go down each flight of steps one at a time with my foot landing sideways, So a 5 star property except for one fixable issue and one that is not.

really nice place, well-stocked with all you need

This is a very vertical unit so be ready to climb 28 stairs to the top bedroom. Bed was comfortable and they think of all the details here. Well located in Capitol Hill. We walked everywhere. Parking permit provided.
