It's very clear the owner is putting as little into the property as possible. It is "Shabby" at best.
The AC is portable units. One was broken and one was incredibly loud (and I generally like fans/white noise), If you don't use AC, the other option is to open the windows, which means you get a LOT of I-5 noise - so no good option. The unit was very warm even though the outside temps were in the low 70s, so it could be an issue even if not renting in the middle of summer.
The laundry is not in the unit (and is not free to use), and the WIFI went out after day 1 (Which happened to be the last day of the month - suspect the owner didn't pay the bill - it never came back on). The TV is streaming only, so no WIFI = No TV.
We ended up leaving a day early. The management company tried to help with the WIFI issue, but it was a confusing arrangement of a local contact for check in, but apparently during the stay you have to contact a central number. Central number said they'd have to reach out to a local contact.
Pretty much the only thing that worked as described was the parking space, but be warned it is a COMPACT space so larger cars might be a tight fit.
In general, it was WAY overpriced for what it was.
