First time using VRBO, as I’ve always used another provider, but I have to say this was by far the easiest experience. From the very beginning through the end of our stay, Payton provided everything we needed to know and was extremely responsive. The place was very modern, which we really liked, and the sauna was awesome. I booked a one-night stay for my wife and me to celebrate her birthday, and it was perfect.

Communication from host was excellent. Definitely a tight parking spot. We didn't even attempt it with the neighboring vehicles, but never had to park more than a block away. The unit is clean and the records were a nice touch! Sauna was definitely the highlight for our group.

The only issue we had was that the front door lock was broken and we were not given notice of that prior to arrival so we screwed around for a bit trying to figure out before reverting to the back door. The lock was not fixed during our stay. Otherwise a good property.

Great location and easy to get downtown for a Kraken game and the Museum of Pop. It is a small parking spot but it was great to find off street parking in Seattle. Check-in/check-out was super easy. There are a lot of stairs but about what you would expect in Seattle.

Well appointed, clean, sunny and new. Had a great stay, process was simple Payton was excellent. Older folks be prepared for stairs. Location was good but tight streets, so be slow and careful.

This townhouse was great! Everything that I needed was provided. The sauna room was great. The rooftop was great. Stores are near by. Clean rooms. Beds are super comfortable. Payton communicates well and responds really fast. I definitely recommends for any families to rent this property. I would rent this place again.

Great Location and Beautiful Property

The property worked really well for a wedding weekend in Seattle with easy access to venues and a lovely place to relax in the mornings. The Nespresso machine and steamer was a big hit.

Beautiful, cozy and clean!

Great place! Cozy, clean, and accessible. This place had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have 3 beds and 2 baths. Pretty close to shops and restaurants in Ballard. And we LOVED the sauna. What a great idea! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Townhome

This newer townhome was in a great location with a parking spot for a smaller car. Our Explorer was a bit too big for the spot but we found parking in front on the street. The furnishings were beautiful and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful as well. I love that one bathroom had a great bathtub. There are many stairs in a 3 story townhome (plus the rooftop level) but we got our exercise! My husband and daughter loved the sauna. Since we visited when temps were below freezing with blue skies, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor seating on the rooftop but hope to come back and enjoy the view. The windows on each level of the home allowed a lot of light and visual appeal with views of the neighborhood. The coffee bar was very nice and kitchen good for small groups since seating for 4 was at the counter. Payton was our contact and was very quick to respond to any of our questions and followed up promptly. We loved our visit and enjoyed the very comfortable and attractive accommodations. We highly recommend this townhome and the service you will receive. Wonderful Seattle visit but wish we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable house, quiet neighborhood, lgood location

Stayed here last spring with two girlfriends (we’re all mid-late 40s). House had everything you could want for a short trip. Bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Neighborhood was quiet but close to good restaurants, and near enough to get downtown easily. Parking spot was too tight for an SUV (not and getting people in/out) so we decided not to park there, but there was ample on-street parking on the same block.
