    Gather the family and furry pets and visit this gorgeous home for your next Seattle getaway. You’ll be in the prime location for sights and attractions like the Seattle Aquarium less than a 6-mile drive away, as well as Alki Beach only 1.5 miles away from your home base.



    When you’re not out exploring, retreat back to this lovely home for fun and relaxation. The upscale game room has a sofa along with a pool table and shuffleboard where you can come together for friendly competition.



    The Space:

    The living area has ample comfortable furnishings and a fireplace where you can join and stream your favorite movie. Here, you’ll also find children’s activities for the little ones as well. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, you can head over to the fully-equipped kitchen with a quaint dining table. There is also a more formal dining room for larger feasts.



    Outside amenities include a BBQ grill and play area, with plenty of yard space for your pets to roam around. For added convenience there is also a washer/dryer and WiFi access, providing all the essentials for a complete stay.

Fantastic location. We didn’t even need a car. We would walk to the ferry and then walk to the main little drag a block or two away. The kids loved the pool table. 5/5 stars, no notes. Would rent again.

A very comfortable and beautiful home, larger than expected. Neighborhood was quite pleasant. Really enjoyed the place and was definitely worth staying there. Just the right blend of luxury, comfort, space, and entertainment for our family of 5.

House was great in an amazing location. Very close to everything and walking distance to food. Close to water taxi to go to downtown. Plenty of room. Only thing is house needs maintenance, but not enough to go down in rating. Backyard had bunnies and squirrels everyday. Neighborhood is quiet. Really great stay!

Excellent house for UW graduation family. Always prefer a house with a dining room that seats the number of occupants. Fun kitchen to work in, backyard so convenient for our pup (yes, we picked up the poop). Grateful for proximity to Seacrest Water Taxi pier, (walking distance but STEEP). Never had time for the gameroom, but it's very nice.

Lovely Home Close to Downtown Seattle

So pleased with our stay at this rental. The house itself was lovely and accurately depicted in the listing photos. The game room was so much fun, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was easily accessible and quiet. It’s within walking distance of two coffee shops, some restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station. We did notice broken glass VERY close to my tire, as it was in the area where we were supposed to park. I let Vacasa know and they were very responsive, but the glass remained until the end of our stay. Had we not noticed it, it’s very likely someone could’ve been injured walking barefoot or a tire could have been sacrificed. There are also a lot of bunnies in the area! Not a problem - they’re super cute - but if you’re bringing a pup, it can be a bit distracting for them. Overall, the stay was wonderful. We loved how easy it was to get into downtown Seattle and back. I would stay here again.

Great House!

Stayed here with 7 people! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house is also so close to the beach!! Highly recommend staying here!

Quiet stay in a great area.

This place was perfect for our large group Seattle getaway and we were able to bring the Grand pups! Beautiful location and perfect for what we needed.

This place was better than we expected ! We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5-13). Sooo much space, clean, nice bathrooms, game room and extra games were great! Felt just like a home away from home. Highly recommend !
