Perfect fit for our family

This was the perfect home for our vacation, our 7 yo is autistic and the livjgn spaxe fit his needs. Having toys and board games kept all of us entertained in the evenings! We came to celebrate my dads 80th birthday and it qas the best stay and location! We're definitely going to be using this location again in thr future. Thank you so much !

I had a very disappointing experience with this property and would strongly advise others to be cautious. Upon arrival, the outdoor patio, the main reason we chose this property, was in unacceptable condition. The furniture was dirty, covered with debris, and clearly not cleaned prior to our stay. The fireplace area was also unusable, with a broken handle and overall poor condition. This did not match the listing or basic expectations. We contacted the host immediately. However, we were told that cleaners would only be available the next day. That was completely unacceptable, as we booked the property specifically to enjoy the outdoor space during our stay. Waiting until the next day was not a viable solution. Because of this, we had no reasonable choice but to leave and urgently find another place the same evening, which resulted in additional out-of-pocket costs and unnecessary stress. Although a partial refund was issued, the host deducted an $85 cleaning fee, even though the property was not properly prepared for our arrival. Charging a cleaning fee in this situation is unjustified. The host later referenced their cancellation policy, but this was not a voluntary cancellation, the property was simply not delivered as promised.
