“This property didn't live up to the description or the pictures. The location was great, and having the parking option was a huge plus. The actual building was fine and the amenities were ok, but dated. The apartment had portable AC units that connected to the outside - they were coming apart, and there were open holes with air flowing inside the apartment. The towels under the sink were damp and smelled like mildew. The shower curtain was pretty dirty and smelled like mildew. The bathtub/shower...

“We arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned. The host sent over a housekeeper but not until 8pm which made it very difficult since we were travelling with our one year old. One of the windows was broken and wouldn’t close. The carpet needs to be replaced and the plug for the bathtub doesn’t stop it from draining so we couldn’t give our son a bath. Other than that the location is ideal”

“Lovely spot convenient to SeaTac, but with the beautiful natural setting right by the lake, it was easy to forget there was a major airport nearby. Ililta made us feel very welcome. The place was comfy and cozy, and we’d definitely stay there again! ”

“Very nice apartment, with everything you may need. Beautifully decorated, comfy sofa and beds, full kitchen, fantastic view of lake, very responsive host. As others have mentioned, this is a 1st floor, so you will hear steps and people upstairs. Also, it’s near the airport so yes, that noise outside. However quiet hours were observed and respected and the airport noise is not an issue once we were in the bedrooms. I recommend this place. ”

“Fantastic accommodation for hosting my family from Australia. Communication with host is superb. Good eats within walking distance. Short uber ride to Seattle. We even walked to Pike Place (close to an hour) - exercise and sight seeing along the way. Definitely recommend and would use for future trips to the area. ”

“We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway, the location is convenient to Upper Queenanne, walking distance to grocery, stores and restaurants. Just down the hill you have lower Queen Anne with MoPop, Science Center and Climate Pledge Arena. House was clean and well maintained. ”
