Good to know
● Suite type: This is a lower-level (basement) unit with lower ceiling height. It’s best suited for guests comfortable with a more compact vertical space.
● Noise: There may be guests staying in the upper unit, and occasional light noise may be heard.
● Security: For your safety, there are 2 exterior cameras located along the backyard path and near the shed. No cameras are inside the home or in private spaces.
● Access: The entrance is located at the back of the house and requires climbing 15+ steps. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
● Parking: Free street parking is available throughout your stay.
● Climate control: The living area has a mini-split AC unit, and each room includes a wall heater. Please note there is no AC in the bedrooms.
● Windows & doors: To maintain comfort and prevent insects or moisture, please keep windows and doors closed while the AC is running. A fee of up to $250 may apply if left open.
● Cancellation: As each night is reserved exclusively for one group, our cancellation policy is strictly followed. Travel insurance is recommended for added flexibility.
● Neighborhood: Located in a quiet residential area. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
● No smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. A minimum fee of $500 applies for violations.
● Booking protection: After booking, you’ll be offered the choice of a non-refundable damage waiver ($49.50) or a refundable $500 security deposit via our Guest App.
